I really hate to leave a poor review but after ordering the same drink for nearly 2 months and then receiving 3 screwed up orders in a row, I am very disappointed. (Let me scratch that. There was one order in between that was correct and also happened to be a day managers were there making drinks.) I’m not sure if new people were hired or the drink was changed, but each of three drinks I received were disgusting, is currently disgusting.
I usually have a great experience with Black Rock, and this is my go-to location, but after the first screw up, I mentioned it when ordering, and it happened again and now again today.
I order a Pumpkin Blondie with oat milk, no whip, and keep the cinnamon. I’m not going to be coming back. I pay nearly $10 per drink with a tip every single time I visit (because you are asked every time you go through which is in itself too forward) to have 3 drinks wrong with nothing done about it.
Whichever manager that reads this, I hope that a change takes place. People pay way too much money for coffee to have it made wrong.

Read moreI LOVE how the baristas here make the blondes it’s PERFECT. Other locations tend to make it too sweet/milky. The baristas are super friendly and quick. Line in the drive thru is never too long.
HOWEVER, the reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because ever since we started going to this location because it’s closest to us we’ve had issues getting points. My debit card is supposedly attached to my account and they tell me I’m getting points but it never reflects in my app correctly. I never had this issue at the previous location we’d go to so I’m really not sure what the deal is but it kind of sucks to not get our points especially because we go 2-3x a week. I’ve contacted customer service about it several times and they made things right but I can’t keep bugging customer service every time I don’t get my points, it’s redundant. Read moreThe employees made my 'ordered ahead on App' hot coffee 10 minutes early. If the extra whip cream ordered was added, there was NO trace left. Even though there were no other cars or customers present, the employee schooled me that I need to stop at the microphone to let her know I arrived BEFORE pulling up to the pick-up window. She handed me my stapled shut 'to-go' bag, WITHOUT the 2 sticker drop stickers inside. When I drove back to get the missing stickers, she tried to lie about the non existent Extra Whip. She said it probably melted because she made my drinks 5 minutes early. Then, she changed it to 7 minutes early. I corrected her that my receipt shows 10 minutes...
