The manager of these apartments is very immature and doesn't tell the truth I encountered her one morning while bringing home a resident it was early and had been a long night, I dropped the resident of and reparked and fell asleep for 20 minutes max i was awaken by this women who didn't ask me who I was but assumed I was sleeping there illegally she then said I slept there all night which wasn't true and told me she was calling the cops when I left my car and went to the residents place she was suprised... she then harassed me about my car in which she told me that my car can't be parked more than three days in a row or it had to be registered in which my car wasn't there for three days when I seen her again dropping g off the resident she said my car can't be parked there anymore that it has to be registered and I asked what about the 3 days in a row and she acted like that wasn't a rule she stated that there is one visitor parking spot in the whole apartment and that was by the office park there i said ok cut it was a lie whenever left she said she was calling the police when they showed up they stated there was no problem cuz I was parked in a visitor spot in front of my friends apartment in other words there was other visitor parking and to top it off she decided to paint the visitor spot in front of my friends apt into a handicap spot to impose her lies and b s on me and my friend she is a horrible manager and skyway should really think about who they hire she also let's her employees illegally dump tires in...

Every negative review is accurate. I just moved out end of April and just received my ending contract and was shocked to see they marked almost everything 'dirty', luckily I took pictures. The only thing dirty was worn carpet! I had to clean the place myself prior to moving in! If you need maintenance, be prepared to wait until next day, or if its the weekend, on Monday. Our refrigerator broke twice, losing food twice. The dishwasher broke and received another one from an dirty unused unit. Management sucks, they love give fees upon fees. I have been a tenant here for 4 years now and am happy to say that I will be moving out this month. The new manager has been diligently harassing my boyfriend for parking his car in the parking lot, in uncovered spaces, telling him that he has to register his car with her to come visit me if he is going to visit 3 days in a row, then changed it to he can't park here at all unless it in front of the office. She accused him of sleeping in the car over night when he had just dropped me off. Now she is saying that he has to pick me up on the street if he wants to see me. She is obviously racist and doesn't like my dude cuz he is black and stands up...
