Was extremely disappointed with the service my friend and I received one night at this location. My friend and I both live in the neighborhood so we have gone to this particular location many times and for the most part it's been alright there's been a few issues with orders being correct but that's not really a big deal to me. Up until this last time that her and I stopped by. So we had pulled over before we went through the drive-thru to look at our coupons on the Burger King app to see if we could save a little bit of money. I found a coupon that was a really good deal we got quite a bit of food for a killer price! So once I pulled up to the drive-thru I gave the gentleman the coupon code and when we pulled up to the window he gave me the total it was like a dollar or two more than what we had so we were scrambling trying to find a little bit of change we could scrounge up to pay for our meals and I felt pressured because of the line behind me so I asked the cashier if it was okay if he saved our order for a few minutes while we pulled to the front to get out of the car and find the $2 that we needed. He agreed so we did just that. We ended up finding our $2 pretty quickly and got back into the drive-thru line. As it was my turn at the speaker I notified the cashier that it was me again and that we had found the $2 and we were ready to fully pay for our meal. He proceeded to tell me that he had deleted our order and in order to receive that same killer deal he wanted me to give him the code again! Which wasn't possible because once you use a coupon on the app you are not allowed to use another coupon for another hour or so, so I pulled up to the window to speak to the cashier which I ended up finding out later was the manager and tried to reason with him which was not working. He apologized for deleting our order but he refused to honor our original coupon that we had because we couldn't remember our code. I didn't understand why it was our fault that he had deleted our order when we specifically told him we were going to pull to the front find the money and come right back around it wasn't even five minutes. He agreed that he was in the wrong for deleting the order and simply thought we were lying about coming back through because apparently its happened to him before??? So he refuses to honor the coupon saying something about he can't just give us free food. Which was ridiculous because it wasn't free!! I honestly felt like this manager refused to honor the code because the deal was a freaking amazing deal which we would have received more than enough food to feed at least 4people plus drinks for under $15 And he simply didn't want to hook us up with that good of a deal. That's honestly the only logical excuse i can fathom. Nothing else mistakes. He was extremely rude and absolutely had the WORST customer service skills I've ever dealt with in any establishment! Especially considering the entire issue came about due to his own mistake! So the right thing to do would've been to honor the coupon that he KNEW we had ( its not like we were trying to pull a fast one on him) and give us our damn food that we rightfully should have had coming to us. Unfortunately, we ended up just leaving that night with empty stomachs and complete disbelief at the horrific way we were being treated by the supposed manager at the Mill Plain Blvd Burger King right off of the 205 freeway. Read moreI would like to start by saying that i have had some terrible experiences at restaurants in my time but this was by far the worst i have ever been treated, EVER. I had the worst experience of my life at this establishment. It started off wonderful, I picked my wife up from work and decided to get some food. Since Burger king was close we decided to go there. We pulled up to a welcoming building with ample lighting. Noticing that the building had just been completed after a recent remodel we opted to go dine in, We walked into a beautiful building with updated design. We get to the counter and Mariah told us she would be with us in a moment. we waited patiently and decided what to eat. Once Mariah made it to the register she was very short with us and showed no signs of someone that should be in customer service. We placed our order and seated ourselves in a well laid out lobby. We had arrived ordered and sat down to wait for our food by 9;50. It was at that time made known that they would be closing at 10;00pm. Unfortunately we were asked to leave before receiving our food. Mariah then noticed that we were still waiting on food that was on a ticket that they had forgotten about completely . We continued to wait more than 15 minutes to receive our food. The whole time we were waiting for our food Mariah was walking around the kitchen being upset because she wanted to leave for the evening. She then brought us our food to the table all bagged up and informed us along with another family that we had to leave. I proceeded to check over our order as it seemed that they might be experiencing trouble in the kitchen. Sure enough our order was wrong and missing food. We politely informed them of the mistakes and they were very rude about replacing the burger that was messed up and giving us the cookie that we had paid for. Once we had our food we decided to sit in the establishment and eat our food as most of it was already beyond cold. while we were sitting there trying to eat Mariah was in the back making faces and basically crying on the shoulder of what must have been the shift leader. All she wanted was for us and the other guests that were in the lobby to leave so that she could go home. Me coming from my fair share of fast food jobs as a high school student i know that what i had experienced was unacceptable. My wife and i were treated so unfairly, disrespected, and rushed. All we wanted was a quick meal. It is truly a shame that this establishment looks so nice, It is ran by an incompetent crew who have no idea what team work or customer service is. I will be getting in touch with the general manager of this store as well as the corporate office. It seems as if they need to hire an all new crew. We will not be returning to this restaurant in the future. I am very saddened to have taken this time out of my already busy day to write this review. Shame on you...
Read morewe got a whopper no onions 2mac and cheese 1 large 1 med. fries and one texas whopper drive thru 6/17/17 around 9pm they put two of the end harder pieces the size of pennies at that of a lettuce so i go in and ask for if there was a better selection of lettuce she said (manager/supervisor) i think we only carry shredded clearly i didnt explain myself so i say well look at it she responds oh thheeerrreess nothing there im srry we'll fix that for u she was extremely clear well represented the store BUT!!! not only took over 5mins they (the cooks)put onions on the sandwich they checked it double checked it in fact they checked both burgers and the reason why is because they were arguing over if there was or not onions on the sandwich like a circus lol they werent loud but i could still hear them as i was sitting waiting on top of that if i really wanted to i could have made them remake my 24.something order because every real cook knows after 4mins of waiting for fries they start to loose the value of the taste and rapidly cool down it takes 4 to 10mis to make a fresh patty fast food or line cook 6-8 mins on average im just saying i tried calling them back because i was on the hwy way to tell her (man.super.) ....but THEY didnt pick up ok busy i get it but no VOICEMAIL???? what if i was a manager i would want to know everything going on with my store but the worst thing of all is the cooks were wearing gloves thats great but guy kept grabbing his earpiece with the same gloves as he was cooking with and gross plus his fingers were rubbing across his head with no HaIr NeT my burgers thank god were done by that time so.. ya i ate it district manager FIX this please in almost forgot in case i didnt...
