To the attentive employee in the red shirt and glasses who worked yesterday (Feb 19th) evening around 7:30: THANK YOU. We walked into the restaurant and noticed that the kitchen seemed very frazzled. They were yelling at each other about 9 minute ticket times and incorrect orders. We placed our order with the cashier, and had to repeat it several times. Our request was two of the double slider meals, (one with no mustard and no onions, the other with no pickle) and the number 3 $5 box. About 5 minutes after we sat down we could hear in the kitchen about our orders and if we didn't want pickles on both. Another few minutes go by and the lady who brought our food was extremely apologetic about the wait and asked if we wanted any cheesecake. How could we refuse? We said yes and she brings us a bag full of cheesecake slices. Again she asked if there was anything she could get for us, if we wanted ranch or honey mustard. We said sure and without hesitation she brings it to us. The order of the sliders with no mustard and no onion didn't have any pickles, but my wife survived without them ; ). When we were getting ready to leave, the same employee once again apologized for the wait and wished us a good night. If it wasn't for her, I honestly don't think we would have enjoyed our meal or would come back again. Her attitude and how she handled the stressful environment was phenomenal. I almost never go here anymore (when I used to go here 2 or 3 times a week) , It's probably the worst customer service out there that I can think of. If you inconvenience them in any way they roll their eyes at you and talk amongst them selves or just get snotty with u at the window. For example if you forget to add or remove something till you get to the window, Yeah it's inconvenient for them but not really a huge deal. I worked in that industry for 3 years and never treated anyone like the they do. Don't bother asking for a manager the last time I was there it was the manager that was acting like that. If you up set them they will do stupid things like dump your frys in the bag instead of in a container, mess up your order even after you confirm it at The main window. Read moreBad customer service. On December 30, I ordered through the drive through 4 meals and an extra sandwich, I spent over $48 dollars. They shorted me one onion ring order and the promo sandwich came without ranch and bacon, I called the number on the ticket but no one answered. Today I came through the drive through again and ordered a promo sandwich and a California double cheeseburger, maaannn I was disappointed very very small hamburger, I barely notice the burger patties. I made the complaint to the young man who took my order, about my previous experience, he seemed to talk to his manager, I got no resolution. I wasn't looking for replacement as the young man put but I was just looking for what I had paid. I guess the don't care about a valued customer. I personally don't care much for Carl's jr.
