Out Christmas shopping with the family, stopped by to grab a drink for my daughter, we were in line when a friends of the employee stopped by, cut their way to front of line and had their friend the employee, make drinks for them. Didn't know that Cinnabon gave away free drinks and cinnamon rolls!
Few minutes later and still waiting in line, the other employee gave her friend freebies....why hell are we in line if Cinnamon gives freebies!!!!
Please make sure you stop in and ask for the employees friends discount.
*Went home talked to both my kids that, these employees are stealing from their employer...and these idiot employees were stealing away from me my time waiting in line and all the other...

Asked how fresh the rolls were, stating that I wanted really fresh as they were going to be a surprise for my daughter-in-law who was giving birth to our granddaughter the following morning. Read moreMy mom and I had cinnbons on Sunday April 21st. They were raw dough inside. I took it to the counter and they got a fork and pokes at it a bunch of times n front of me (it was kind of off putting) and then gave me 2 more- they were raw as well- from the same batch. Just looking at it you could tell it was not baked as it wasn't golden brown, rather white looking. by then I was home and called them. They told me I had to bring it back so they could decide if it was underbaked. They remembered me because I was there twice and only about 40 minutes earlier. I want a refund.
