This is specifically for the Chkalov location. My wife is currently at work without a vehicle, and I was trying to order her JJ online, through the JJ website. After the website reloaded/timed out multiple times I called to place an order over the phone. The first person who answered was very nice, but couldn't hear well and passed the phone to another associate. When he answered I explained I wanted to place an order for delivery. He suggested I order online, and I explained it wasn't working. He then told me the delivery time was extended because they don't have sufficient driving staff, and we should pick up instead. I understood and explained pick up wasn't an option and said we would wait the extra time. He then began to ask for my information before telling me because I don't have an account made, that this process would take even longer, and was I sure I wanted to continue. I said yes, my wife needs food, even if the wait was 45minutes. He then suggested, once again I try online, and if the website wasn't working maybe I should try using door dash or uber eats.
At this point we could have already finished the simple turkey tom and coke order. I have never had to fight for my ability to order from an establishment. Tried this place three days Ina row, the first sandwich on day one was okay, but I was really hungry. The second day I came back and bought the buy one get one 50% off deal and the bread was hard and they skimped on ingredients, was mostly bread no fillings.
The third day I received a free 8 inch from signing up with rewards. Big mistake.
The bread was rock hard, there is no way that bread was baked within the last 48 hours, seriously think they baked a huge batch on the first day I went there and continued selling it for the next two days.
I even went into the shop and told them the bread was rock hard, his response was it sat in the oven too long, which I don't believe, it literally tasted like 3 day old bread.
Since he didn't have fresh bread, or just wouldn't remake my sandwich i tried to eat it, tasted horrible.
You can see in the picture how it broke off, it was rock hard through the whole thing.
Now I see why this place has a 3 star rating.

Instead of a hunters club, I received a second turkey Tom. The Italian was missing hot peppers as requested. I was on my way to work when I picked them up, didn’t have time to check them in the store. Then by the time I realized they were wrong, I couldn’t go back or I’d be late for work. I called the store. They told me to call back in an hour and talk to their assistant manager Dylan. I called back, spoke to Dylan. He was super nice over the phone, and told me he was attaching in store credit to my phone number so the next time I order, I can get some free subs. I called today and they have no record of my in store credit attached to my number. I asked to speak to Dylan, apparently he’s gonna be there on the weekend mornings, but when I first spoke to him it was during the week.
