‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️WARNING ‼️‼️‼️‼️ FIRST OFF I WANT TO START BY SAYING THAT COSTUMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IT’S HORRIBLE. FOR STARTERS I WAS VERY UPSET BECAUSE THE OWNERS WIFE IS VERY MEAN AND LOVES TO ARGUE. I ORDERED A 14” cake with strawberries and bananas feeling and that’s not what I got. I got a 12 inch with peach feeling When I picked up my cake I nicely ask her. Are you sure this is my cake because this is not what I ordered it’s too small. And she’s like yeah, this is what you ordered, I asked her to show me a copy of the paper where she placed my order. It was a completely different order. It said a 12 inch with peach feeling 🤷🏻‍♀️ the only thing that was right was the colors for the cake. I guess what bothered me was the fact that she did not apologize once she did not say oh we are really sorry we can fix this nothing she just looked at me and said I’m gonna go get your cake. She didn’t even hand me the cake she had an employee come out and give me the cake. she was probably like whatever OMG 😱 I did notice that their communication skills is horrible. Her husband says one thing she says another thing I don’t feel they’re in the same mindset when it comes to either customer service or their pricing. Unfortunately, she will give you one price and he will give you a lower price. And unfortunately, nobody will read this review, and this is not going to get fixed so at the moment I am not buying cakes from them...

I’m all in for supporting small local businesses but I won’t be supporting this one! I was very excited that a Hispanic bakery was opened up closer and didn’t have to travel all the way to 4th plain but i will rather drive the extra 20 min to get better service and better prices! The cake was good but I was very disappointed in the customer service and the prices. First they charge you way to much but are limited in what they can do! They don’t do fondant and they request you order any topper you want on top. I wanted a very simple cake and they couldn’t even do that they wanted to print in edible image when the decoration was a simple number five that could have been made with sprinkle or icing! I left feeling uneasy about the price and was disappointed because I was not going to get what I wanted. When my husband picked up the cake it wasn’t bad but a couple of things I had requested were not added. The owners lack in communication and won’t answer your messages I do understand they are busy but it took me sending them about 4 txt and a message on Facebook for them to answer me. If you plan on getting a cake for your special even go elsewhere! I’m usually one to go based on reviews and did see many negative ones but decided I would give them a try and it’s safe to say I won’t...

I ordered a wedding cake june 30 and my wedding was July 26. I payed 100$ in advanced. When we told them how we wanted the cake, we wanted a 3 tier red velvet cake. Each filling was different for all 3 tiers and we also said we wanted the figurine on top.

What we got was a cake that was huge which was not a problem but it was late from what time they said it was ready as 1. We said we wanted it done at 11am. 2. I called the day before to make sure it was going to be ready at 11am. July 26 they text me saying its going to be an hour late which started putting me into a bind on my wedding as I needed to be 17 miles away. Then he started pushing us out the door before we payed most likely trying to make sure we did not notice that there was only a picture of a figurine and not a figurine of the married couple. His excuse was, he didn't have a figurine, WHEN THERE WAS ONE IN HIS DISPLAY. I dont like being lied to when it comes to this and supposed to be a special day for me and my wife. There is no excuse for not having it done on time and what we ordered when we gave them...
