Convenience is all that prompts me to return to this location time and again.
The staffing here is bare bones minimal once the sun sets and the ownership very obviously cares far more about the money coming in from the customers who patronize this location (and wait in the long line for the drive-through service which is constantly plagued with issues that the employees certainly are not paid enough to even begin to care about correcting) or the employees that staff it.
I can't count how many times I've pulled up to the drive-through menu to order and been told that the restaurant is only accepting cash payments at that time. The best part of those experiences is waiting 5-10 minutes before leaving because the long line of other vehicles present impedes my ability to drive off. Again, not the employees fault.
It's unfortunate that those who are benefitting the most financially (the owners) seem to care so very little about their employees' health, safety and overall well-being that they are perfectly fine with running them ragged and not dedicating additional resources towards the employee's success. Having seen how little the ownership cares about the customer experience at this location I'm going to venture that it's safe to assume that the owners perceive the staff here as disposable and there likely isn't much talk, time or energy dedicated to employee retention. There's absolutely no way that the ownership isn't aware of the understaffing present at this location and the issues this understaffing had presented, and will continue to present until they cease ignoring the glaringly obvious, as it's been this way for moons on moons on moons now.
I'd say that someone should inform the corporate offices about these shenanigans but I'm guessing that what I've described above is closer to exactly how the people who roam McDonald's territories instructed this owners of those location to operate it in order to bring in ever greater amounts of money.
Oh well, I'm just me. I'll be back through again soon hoping that the card machines...

Going to leave a review here specifically for accountability. I came in this morning to order a couple of breakfast sandwiches after a long day of work. I logged into the McDs app to use a coupon for the “buy one get one for a penny” deal...when I gave the attendant (Tyler) my phone to scan the coupon he promptly told me that it did not work, and after absolutely no thought or consideration for the customer, he then told me “that there is nothing he can do about it”.
So instead of arguing or handholding (not my job) I just cancelled my order after having to wait in line for it. Not something I want to be doing after a long day of work. So, for the rest of you to know, Tyler is not the one you want taking your order. He showed me twice (because I came back to make a new order and to get his name) that he does not want to help the customer when problems arise. He did not step up to the plate. When I told him I needed his name so I could talk to his manager he refused to give it to me and asked why I needed to talk to his manager. No accountability. I first assumed he was new but after talking to his manager, he’s been around for about 7months. To his manger, I hope this review gives you enough basis for some correction in his current position. It frankly upsets me that I have to be I situations where people in customer service don’t give good customer service...it’s your JOB, don’t like it, go work somewhere else.
Thank you to the manger who came to talk with me. She was very polite and understanding. Your employees should take notes. Your help this morning saved your store a much lower rating. Thanks...
Read moreGreat Food. I Love how they now serve breakfast all day (like Jack-in-the-Box). The only downfall (at this MacDonald's) is also it's greatest asset. What is that you ask? None other than it's twin drive thru order lanes. Great because it allows you to order quickly when in a rush, yet Terrible if you use it during it's peak hours (breakfast, lunch, or dinner).
While having both order windows is an awesome idea, a lack of adequate planning and foresight has them merging into a single pick-up lane that bottlenecks worse than the freeway during rush hour. There simply isn't a long enough span between the (two-lane) order/speaker menus to the (single lane) pick-up/pay windows, making going inside during peak hours the far better option.
If you forget you'll find your fast food pick-up choice wasting your entire break as you watch others (who came after you & went inside) come & go in droves while you continue to sit waiting for either a spot to merge in, or a person nice enough to "let" you merge into the pick-up lane (depending on if you are in the inner or outer order lane), you'd be surprised by how many people who are in a hurry & won't let you merge in.
So, other than this tiny flaw with the drive thru line, the food & decor is good, the service fast, & the staff exceptionally friendly (at least the ones who...
