The waitstaff was friendly, However they could not get their timings down for the life of them. Party of 5 30 mins wait to be seated, it was a Saturday night so I was not surprised. We order our drinks they came out fine. We order our apps they ask if we would like them first (of course that's why they are apps dude they come before the food.) 40 mins for our apps then our food came out literally 3 minutes later. Many things were messed up on our ticket. we told our waiter and he removed them from the ticket which was cool. The waitstaff was pretty chill tbh.
They also brought adults food out first and we had a young kid with us and they brought his food out 5 mins after ours (Protip: Always hold the adults food until the kids is ready, this is a no brainer. Kids get really salty if everyone else is eating and they are still waiting.)
Trying to get a check from this place is like trying to get take a bear cub from its mother. They were super busy but damn son let a dude get a check and leave.
Trying to leave they had people waiting who would not move out of the way it was super annoying but but obviously not BWW's fault other than they really need a better waiting area setup. Just wanted to say if you're reading this don't stand and block the doors like a dingus. You will never get seated if people can't leave.
Today My gf realized she left her debit card somewhere so i called today to ask if they had it (she was calling and checking the other places we went)
I asked "do you by any chance have her card" the girl immediately says shes going to need to bring in her ID to get it back if we do have it
so i ask "does that mean you have it" she said "I guess I'll have to go check" in like a super huffy tone. Why in the heck would you tell me the details to pick up the card if you don't even know if you have it. and why would you be huffy about checking? did you want us to drive 30 mins to your location on a whim of a possibility that you might? seems kind of pointless for you to get an attitude about it.
All in all Buffalo wild wings is way overpriced for the real world experience. The wings are pretty decent. But nothing to write home about. The server was super nice but either inexperienced or being sand bagged hardcore by the...
Read moreWent to BWW yesterday for a late lunch. We went to the bar to have a couple drinks. My husband decided to go to counter to order food because we were being ignored in the bar and we thought it might be faster. We have gone to the counter to purchase our food many times before and they would just bring our food over to us in the bar even if it was takeout.
Well some time later the manager comes to tell us that we would need to come to the counter to get our food on our way out. She informed us that if we bought takeout we would have to immediately “take it out “ of the restaurant. This was “after” the person that took our order told us that she would bring our order to us in the bar. We were planning to have more drinks and may have wanted to have some of our food with our drinks as we have done many times before.I can’t count the number of times that we had takeout food brought to us while in the bar.
When we went to get our food the order was wrong. Part of our order included chicken tenders with wedges. They did not include the upgraded wedges but gave us French fries instead. This was the person that took our orders error.
Instead of the server bringing us the order of wedges that we paid for, she took our box with the tenders back to the same manager and we watched the Manager take each and every French Frie out of our box that we had already paid for. We were appalled! I motioned for the Manager to come out and speak with us and informed her that we wanted a refund. She told us that it would take 30 days for us to get a refund!!!
When we got home with our food, we discovered that several of the wedges were not completely cooked all the way, and the chicken wings were hard and dry.
We began going to this location years ago after the BWW on Broadway in Portland Oregon closed. So it’s been a very long time that we’ve been coming out of state to visit this BWW location. First time we’ve ever encountered this!
This experience is forcing us to strongly consider whether we want to do any business with...
Read moreUnfortunately, it appears that my review was never posted. It's been several weeks to almost a month since I went to this restaurant for the final and last time. I've unsubscribed from all their emails (yet, infuriatingly enough I still get them and have had to block their email address). I ordered to-go and waited by the to-go counter when my app said it was ready. I was ignored by 4 different people before I moved back to the small podium where you wait to be seated. Literally, 4 different staff members looked me in the eye and walked past without a nod, smile or even a word. After moving to the small podium a waitress finally came up to me and asked me if I'd like to be seated. I explained that I had been waiting for 10 minutes for my to-go order. After explaining that the gal working the counter was in the back and would be up shortly, she proceeded to attempt to walk out into the main eating area. I stopped her and explained that up until this point I had been ignored. She rolled her eyes and went to the back. After another excruciating several minutes the young girl working the counter came out. No apology, no friendly smile, wouldn't even look me in the eye. I gave my name and she got my order. She did not give me napkins or utensils-who has to ask for these items in a To-Go order? I didnt discover until I was at my car that I didnt have them and by that time I waant going back. This location is routinely unfriendly and very slow which is why I placed my first to-go order. It was one of the worst experiences I've had and I wont return to a BWW because of it. I do remember contacting someone from the restauarant via their online portal but...
