My boyfriend and I have frequented this location here often over the last 10 years and have seen this place go from incredible to barely hitting the bare minimum quality at times. This is a review mostly about the good quality too though as most of the time everyone taking your order and working is nice in the drive thru. It's the food that's sometimes not quite up to the quality Wendy's standard we've all come to know and love. Last week, I was handed a frosty that was mostly melted before it was even sent out the window and I didn't notice how melted and soupy it actually was until I got home a few minutes later so sadly the freezer couldn't even fix it. Fries are often under done that my boyfriend and I have taken to just reheating them to finish the job in our oven which is kinda ridiculous. The soda machine is hit or miss as well as it sometimes does not have a good balance between syrup and carbonation so it will occasionally taste flat. The one time we tried to get this remedied at the restaurant, they were less than helpful and treated us more as an inconvenience for trying to get the quality product we paid for. I also often get no cheese on burgers, (a texture issue on my part, but it's one less step to have to make right?) so I try to make it as simple as possible, but those customizations often get overlooked which tends to prevent me from wanting to return for a while since I literally have to peel melted cheese off my sandwiches if I want to find my food somewhat edible for me. And the last thing is that we have to check the bag nearly every time just because we know they often forget things like sauces, whole 4 pc nuggets, frostys, or even whole...
Read moreIt took 7 months for them to even respond to this, gave me 5$ in app credit, completely ignoring the issues, eventually the stores district manager called me at 8 months, and apologized, saying the keychains state per keychain and they will ( with a reasonable limit) and 4 was definitely reasonable and they would fix the issue Edit: still an issues, managers are making up rules because they don't want to give me my frost and fries with burger Each year I buy 4 keychains, for the past 4 years I have done this without issue, today had a manager revoked my keychains because they are "expired" I got 4 2023 keychains, they don't "expire" till 12/31/23, and they say "per keychain" on the back, I like getting 2 fries a drink and a burger, and have been using my keychains without issues till today, Dave's foundations say I can use them without issues but this new manager got upset I wanted to use my free frosty keychains, not sure why, "well the per keychain is ment to be per person" if that is true then is should say per person not per keychain, if that has changed durning this year, then you should honor my original keychains till the new ones say per person, very rude of her to yell at her employees Infront of people because I'm using my keychains as it states...
Read moreThis restaurant is somewhat close to my house, so I go there probably more than any other "fast food" place.
Unfortunately their order accuracy is consistently bad enough that I don't think I'm going to go there anymore because I'm sick of throwing half my order in the trash can each time I get home.
I've complained a few times (maybe 3), the first time after like 4 of my previous 5 visits were wrong... so I finally decided to say something. I'm not generally one to complain. Someone has called me each time apologizing for the error(s), which was also frustrating... because once it was obvious they didn't even read the complaint I typed.
Each time they offer me free food, which I decline... because I don't want free food. I want my order to be correct when I get it home so I don't have to throw it in the trash.
However, after consistently incorrect orders (I'd say probably 1 out of 3 times I go, my order is wrong)... and a string of like 4 out of 5 orders in a row wrong... I simply don't think I'm going to go here anymore.
Go get dinner somewhere else, if you like it to be correct when...
