I've lowered my rating to 3 stars now since my old review is defunct. The manager who was really good apparently no longer works here, which in and of itself shouldn't lower my rating by two stars, but the replacement manager was neither polite nor competent. I'd gotten both regular fries and pub fries due to a mobile offer and they both tasted as if they were completely drowned in salt. I was given the wrong sauce packets and needed to have them grab me the right ones as well, and the burger I got was the worst one I've had since before writing my good review last time. Maybe I just lost the lottery, but I don't know how it can drop in quality this much by a simple manager change so there must be something else going on.
tl;dr I think this Wendy's is no longer worth going to.

I honestly had a very bad impression of Wendy's as a franchise because I'd neither received good food nor service. I was baffled by how people praised Wendy's and loved their food. Today my opinion was changed, at least for this location.
I ordered for dine in via the mobile app and had made a mistake but the cashier (Michael I think?) was extremely friendly and helpful and offered to get managerial assistance. The manager came out (I have no clue on his name) and was honestly one of the friendliest managers I've spoken to in a long, long time (not that I need to speak with managers much if ever). He was friendly to a fault and fully resolved everything and made me feel appreciated as a customer.
As for the food itself, I'd never gotten a good burger at a Wendy's before but today I had two. I tried two Bacon Double Stacks and they were both incredible. I never thought I'd have fast food burgers that somehow tasted that good to me. This was possibly a total fluke, but I'll definitely be returning after an experience like this.

I've been coming back a few times since the first experience and the manager whom I believe works Tuesday through Sunday evenings is great. I just saw a very frustrated person come in and he immediately diffused the situation and made them happy. It's rare to see a manager...
Read moreConsistency. Consistently good food, friendly staff, clean location, and overall a consistently positive experience. The few times something doesn't go quite right, management is quick to step up and correct it, both the immediate issue and long term so it doesn't happen again.
Another fast food brand might talk about the fresh beef they have (on some of their burgers), but Wendy's consistently outshines them like a bonfire compared to a sputtering candle. Fresh beef for everything. Quick service, high quality, good flavor, wide selection of options. And it's like this all the time.
A poke at the app can get you in and out faster than the drive through with a mobile order. The freestyle drink machine has all kinds of combos that are worth trying. Peach orange Fanta and Dave's orange cream soda are delicious and refreshing as just two examples, but many, many other flavors can be had.
One thing to be aware of: the location has a shared fryer system, so the cooking of spicy chicken products makes the oil spicy for the fries. If you're not expecting this or spicy chicken is in a super popular phase, it can be an interesting discovery.

Read moreReally disappointed with the lack of empathy showed by this Wendy's location!, Today after eating my lunch at 1 pm, and after 5 minutes of leaving the place I realized that I left my phone in the table where I ate, so I headed back to the store and I told the people of the Store what just happened to me, what followed that really shocked me ...Lack of interest, willingness to assist and empathy ..I had even to ask them to write my alternative phone number down ??!!. No alternative was offered to me whatsoever !!!. even when I came back to the store the manger who was heading to the dining room for lunch as soon as he saw just greet me and turned back to his office in a blink of an eye....So Next thing I did , I called to the no less empathetic customer care center number and they were basically the same kind, they just said to me .."Ok We are sorry that happened to you and that's it , I had to tell them that at least they need to address the crew of that store, because the need of training regarding customer service is astonishing .. or at least to teach them to pretend or to fake that they do really care for what just has happened to you !!
