Wingstop — Restaurant in Vancouver

Gave me a small fry when I paid for a large. Put barely any seasoning on my fries when I selected “Extra Seasoning”. Gave me multiple EXTREMELY tiny wings with hardly any meat on them that seemed like they were from the bottom of the bag of frozen wings and should not have been served. Rude lackadaisical staff.

I placed my order on the app, it said my order would be ready in 26 minutes (by 7:26PM). So I walk in and go to the counter at 7:26PM, stand there without being helped for 5 minutes, until somebody comes up and rudely shoos me off telling me my order won’t be ready for another 10 minutes. So I wait, but then 20 minutes goes by before my order is ready. The worker then makes me confirm my last name even though I already checked in and they were 20 minutes late, and then attempts to slowly read my full order off of the receipt BEFORE handing me my order. Seriously? At that point I could not believe what I was seeing. No point in calling, I know I will just be met with unjustified attitude. I won’t come back and recommend you...

Got my food delivered through doordash. Ordered a 20 piece meal with fries, a 10 piece, 10 piece corn and large ranch. My favorite thing is usually the fries and ranch. This meal was horrible and a waste of money. Usually salty food doesn't bug me but this was beyond salty. At first I was thinking it was a mistake made but me and the wife only ate maybe 3-4 wings and a few fries and couldn't eat any more due to the amount of wayyy over salt on everything. Literally, too, the point my mouth was tingling and hot from the amount of salt. But I'm like hey at least I have ranch and can have some veggies with it. Until I tasted the huge amount of salt in the ranch... now I think this was done intentionally by an employee. My wife will never leave a bad review because we get mistakes happen but this time she said I better leave a 1 star. Everything went into the trash unfortunately. I won't...

Placed an online order and showed up between the time slot they gave me and I arrived for pickup, they hadn’t even started cooking our order yet. It wasn’t even busy so I’m not sure how they missed it or forgot about it. The female employee turned to ask another employee about it and they saw our ticket was still up and both looked confused as to why it hadn’t been cooked yet. She offered a free drink and another employee was nice enough to bring our food out to us when we were waiting outside in the car.

I’m sure they’re still working out the kinks since they recently opened, so we weren’t too upset about it. Staff was friendly and all seemed like nice young adults. Will come back to this location again, as the staff is friendlier than all the other Wingstops...
