I stop by LJS/KFC today on my way home from work. They could not get my order right. I had to tell them my order over and over, then again at the window. I receive my food and it was not my food. The lady in the car behind me received my food and I received hers. We both went back through the drive through to return the food. The inside was not open. They claimed they were going to give us new/fresh food. We waited about a good 20-30 minutes. They brought me back the food that the lady had received of mine. The meal was barely warm with old fries. My sandwich was barely warm as well. You should not be serving a customer food someone else has touched or breathed on from another car. DISGUSTING- Possibility of Contracting COVID. The person that brought the food knew they did not remake it and had the nerve to say, they were suppose to remake it. I asked for my money back and they took forever for that as well. The one staff that brought me back my card apologized. The manager came to get to my card to refund my money. Did not greet me or apologized for the horrible service. The lady that received my food requested her money...

October 2nd My family decided to eat here for lunch. I had to wash my hands and the bathroom floor was so slick I about fell . The smell was so bad I couldn’t wash my hands quick enough. Went to dry my hands off and there were no paper towels. My wife ordered the food and I took it to the table. The baby high chair was disgusting and sticky. My shoes were sliding on the floors and it doesn’t look like the floors had been cleaned in a week. The soda machine was out of Co2 so the beverage was flat. Had to return the KFC sauce because it tasted spoiled and looked slimy. Figured I would just be safe and get the honey mustard , well I was wrong. The honey mustard also was slimy and tasted spoiled. The chicken strips I ordered were rubbery and old . At this point I could not eat anything else. Everyone was dissatisfied with there food. This location used to be the best , but now is over priced and...

Horrible service! Was my birthday and was tired and hungry. They had to cook the shrimp which was supposed to take 3 minutes. Twenty minutes later I was in my car still waiting! I went inside to ask for a refund, and the girl had my bag of food and asked if I wanted it (no, 30 minutes later I didn't). I was the 1st person in line and after a couple of minutes a few cars pulled up behind me, so they weren't terribly busy. Another man and his wife inside commented how bad it had gotten in there, and the food always tasted old. I told them to give me a refund and I'd go somewhere else that wanted my business!
