I have never been to Chipotle before last night and not sure I’ll ever go back. My girlfriend ordered dinner for her son at 5:30 and we indicated a pick up at 6:20. When we arrived we were in the drive through pick up and the line was so long that vehicles from National Rd could not get in at some points. We arrived at 6pm and thought we’d have plenty of time having only moved up one car in a line of at least 10 cars. I finally got out of the car at 6:18 and went in. I asked for the order and the young men that were filling the orders remembered seeing it but couldn’t find it. It’s likely the order was accidentally given to another customer. They had to remake the order and by the time I left it was 6:45pm. In addition to the slow service and mishap the inside was a mess! The counters were dirty, there were customers standing around everywhere as everyone was getting slow service. It was also very clear the restaurant was being run by kids. I didn’t observe anyone that I thought was over 30. Not saying young people aren’t capable but there seemed to be no sense of urgency. The meals are subpar- with my recent purchase costing $40 being barely worth $10. I would refrain from ordering “extra” of any item, as you will still only get a normal sized portion, potentially wasting money. They will serve unripe, unmashed avocados as your “guacamole,” and I had a hard avocado stem button in my bowl along with two very large pieces of gristle. This was beside the fact both dishes were extremely bland and had to be salted to have any kind of hope for flavor. Despite my desire to leave a positive review, I am torn between my fond memories of their past (when they were fantastic!) and my current continuing disappointing experiences. I will no longer be ordering from Chipotle in any location.

Read moreI'm not sure what the fuss is about? This is a brand new location and opened on July 28. Folks are already giving this place a slam dunk in the toilet. I would love to see YOU open a business and earn 5 star reviews on your very first day.
@ Rick Roll: Sounds like you just need to lose some weight since you're complaining about "table edges". Maybe hit up the gym or go eat at Subway like Jared did. Just make sure you don't land in prison or make sure you do -- idc...it's your life. Your review along with Zobi are troll reviews to begin with.
We visited here for lunch and was extremely satisfied. The store was extremely clean, employees were friendly and the entire process was very smooth. Our food was well prepared and tasted great.
We also thought it was nice that this location has a drive thru so that you can pick up your order and go. You can also stop in to pick up your online order instead of using the Chipotlane feature. All in all 5 out of 5 and we will definitely return. This location is 1,000% better than the Miller...
