When did Dunkin Donuts become trash. Doesn’t matter which location you go, the service always sucks. At this location, I ordered ahead via the app (because they do not serve in-store anymore for some reason). I Announced at the drive through that I ordered ahead and told them my name. The women working the window said “ok pull ahead.” When I get to the window, she tries to hand me a drink I didn’t order. I let her know it wasn’t what I ordered. Mind you, I was the only car in line. She then asks my name again, and without even checking the correct order sitting right next to her, she asks, “what did you order?” When I told her what I ordered, she said “Oh yea, this is yours then”, trying to give me the drink from the wrong order again. Again, I reminded her I didn’t order a large ice coffee, I ordered and already paid for a half dozen donuts and an avocado toast. She said, “oh ok, so what donuts do you want and we ran out of bacon”. We’ll I didn’t order bacon so that’s ok, lol. This nonsense went on for 8-10 minutes before I finally got what I actually ordered and when I did get my order, tried to charge me for it again. Over the course of this visit, She blamed me for not understanding how the app works, she blamed the poor girl in the back making the donuts all morning, saying she was asleep and she blamed the computer system for not printing any orders. What...
Read moreI approached the counter and since it was really raining no one was in the store other than one couple in the dining area. I waited while at least 4 attendants were gathered near the take out window in chit chat. I was just about to leave when a gentleman approached me His name was Julian or Julius. He did not appear to be a sales clerk since he had no Apron. ANyhow he rather coldly said what can I get you. I ordered a medium hot coffee and a bagel toasted with butter. He placed the order said $4.15 gave me the coffee and said your bagel will be at the other counter. In giving me the coffee he had it handled from the top (as most of your clerks do). Problem here is they are handling the area where one drinks from. Cups should be handled by the sides when handing to a customer. At any rate not once did he smile use the words please or thank you. I was a trainer for sales people and those dealing with the public and the most elementary items touched on were PLEASE AND THANK YOU. In addition just for an added pleasantry would be Hi welcome to Dunkin Donuts. Remember there are several Dunkin Donuts in the area and many other places to get a cup of coffee. Not trying to be mean here but honey gets lots more...
Read moreIf I could rate lower I would. I've given this location several attempts as it's on my commute. This Sunday morning I chose to visit drive thru with my family. Disaster followed. Over a half hour wait for thee egg wraps, three hash browns, and a latte. I received all the food then waited another 5 minutes while listening to staff shout and bicker with each other. Finally decided to cancel the latte. I asked for a refund and the young man shouted to another, "yo get over here we need a f*ing refund!" ... This was in front of my 4 and 6 year old daughters. Disgusting behavior and even more appalling that I had to use my Sunday morning discussing that word with my daughters. After the shouted command, a young woman showed up without an apology but an iced beverage (that I didn't order) and just yelled "here you go!" I told her I ordered hot latte. She then, of course, argued that I didn't. I reiterated that I just wanted my money back and without hesitation she looked me in the eye and raised her voice as she demanded, "then give me the food back!!" I will remember this exchange seeing as it was the boiling point for a retail front that is under extremely...
