McDonald's — Restaurant in Venice

Normally I've never had a problem at this McDonald's getting my food hot, fresh and the right order. This time I went on a Sunday around 5pm. When I walked in a girl with dark hair in a bun rudely said can I take your order, not "Hi welcome to McDonald's"... I thought okay whatever... but then I tried to ask about a value meal and she didn't confirm the price she just put it in the computer rude the whole way through the order. Then as I'm just standing at the counter simply reading the menu board to see what else they actually have (there appears to be no manager on shift) all the employees preparing food are giggling in the back and the same girl who took my order says to another employee "can you go help this white girl"? The employee who took my order appears to be white herself and says to another employee that no she's not racist, but I'm questioning is she talking about someone at the drive-thru or the person standing at the counter, which is me? Then the order ahead of me is called with a number, but my order is just put on the counter and nothing is said to me, then the next customer's order number is called after mine. This girl is acting as if she knows me and I'm not familiar with her plus I've been out of FL the last 3 years!! The initials on the receipt are KS and who knows she could be a manager herself but she has a ghetto attitude...I ate my food was but was afraid that something happened to it I should have just asked for a...

Wow just wow in 30 years have I never got fries from McDonald's like we did today. Went here today and ordered a large and medium fries. After waiting 15 mins in line with only one car in frount of us we got are fries wich were very hot but super dark brown we asked the girl at the window about it wich she was not very Into Evan being there not very happy looking at all she said that they are fresh but the grease she called it is old my wife said so the oil is old that's why there like that she was confused and said o don't know.. so we left went around went inside and asked for the manager wich she acted the same way not nice didn't talk I said could we have some new fries please I said there not good she said they have some coming up I said well she tould us that the oil was old. Well 10 mins later we got the fries again and the same thing fries were hot and fresh but super brown first time evey if seen there fries like that so my wife asked for are money back the so called asst manager took the bag and gave the money back and did not say one word to use...will never be back to that location again everyone from person taken order to manager acted the same very rude but I guess it does always come down from managment...come on change your oil or grease as the girl called it...That's just Nasty glad we didn't take them now rest on the place is prob not clean...I'll be waiting for a reply...

I don’t like fast food but sometimes it’s what you have to do. This morning we went to get breakfast and I hate ordering through electronics but there wasn’t another option. I would have gotten a Large or Medium coffee but ended up with a Small because we are encouraged to order through a stupid App or the electric ordering system. It definitely wasn’t the McDonalds I grew up with. The bacon my my hard biscuit was cold. There was plenty of Seating for this Monday morning and lots of availability parking. There was a server trying to carry everyone’s food to the floor. My guess is he’s bored. I would not be surprised if these kind of places no longer exist in 20 years. People miss people and greedy Corporations made it about money, not people.
