Ventura's promenade offers more than just a stroll; it's a gateway to delightful experiences, like our recent visit to Freedom Coffee. Nestled along the coast, this quaint coffee cart exudes warmth and charm, making it the perfect pitstop for a cup of joe.
My son and I were drawn in by the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee on a picturesque day. As we approached, the friendly barista welcomed us with a smile, eager to guide us through their menu. His knowledge of each drink's ingredients ensured our orders were tailored to perfection.
While we resisted the temptation of their tantalizing baked goods, we couldn't help but admire their tempting display. Perhaps a treat for our next visit!
What truly sets Freedom Coffee apart is its location. With the soothing sound of waves and the salty breeze in the air, savoring our beverages became an immersive experience. Whether you're a beach lover or simply seeking serenity, this spot offers the ideal setting to unwind and soak in the beauty of Ventura's coastline.
As for the drinks, they exceeded expectations. I indulged in a honey chai latte, while my son opted for a refreshing caramel iced coffee. Both were expertly crafted, leaving us thoroughly satisfied. At around $15, including a generous tip, we felt it was a worthwhile investment for the quality and ambiance provided.
In conclusion, our visit to Freedom Coffee was a delightful experience. From impeccable service to top-notch beverages, it's a hidden gem along Ventura's promenade. Whether you're a local or just passing through, be sure to treat yourself to a taste of Freedom Coffee's...
Read moreFreedom Coffee was a pleasant surprise to a fantastic company luncheon at Aloha Steakhouse at the Ventura beach promenade next to the Crown Plaza. The luncheon was perfect and on our way out of the restaurant we decided to spend some time just looking at the beautiful ocean view. We saw this coffee cart next to Aloha Steakhouse and thought getting coffee would be a great way to end the afternoon. The coffee cart had more than coffee, which was an even bigger surprise and it came with a Scottish accent. After the lunch we had at Aloha, we didn't really have room for more, but I couldn't resist the delicious brownie. Everyone ordered something different because there were so many varieties of coffee drinks to choose from. I had the Hawaiian latte and it was wonderful. Coffee was great, the service was quick and I don't think you can get a better atmosphere than being on the promenade. Aloha Steakhouse is my favorite restaurant in Ventura, so I will defiantly visit Freedom...
Read moreI visited Freedom Coffee as part of a Coffee Crawl. I really enjoyed talking to Andy and savoring an incredible coconut latte. However, in the past weeks, my doctor told me to cut down sugar. I was pretty upset about cutting out sugar and having plain lattes, but today discovered that Freedom Coffee carries 0 cal Zero sugar hazelnut syrup and 0 cal zero sugar, vanilla syrup. I vote for real sugar and honey any day of the week but if you have medical reasons for eliminating them, this hazelnut latte is smooth and delicious. I’m so excited! I don’t have to have plain lattes all...
