Starbucks — Restaurant in Ventura

i came in today and got a matcha latte, i realized after i left there wasn’t much matcha (just milk) in it so i called and asked if they could add some more if i came back in, Alex answered and was so helpful and had another one made for me, unfortunately i was in a rush coming from work and grabbed someone else’s matcha drink so i had to go back in again and have mine remade. the lady (don’t know her name, older blonde woman, maybe seemed like a manager) that made my new drink was SO RUDE, and made me feel so bad for grabbing the wrong cup, and was mumbling stuff under her breath and to her coworkers. so unprofessional! i gave 3/5 and all 3 are for Alex! shout out to him for being...

I 100% won’t be back! Zero plug ins for someone who wants to have coffee and work! When asked why there were no plug 🔌 ins, the staff told me it was because people were ripping them out of the walls! What can you say about Starbucks that hasn't been said. The coffee is GE soon would I prefer the Coffee Bean or Pete's. Unfortunately there is not as many locations or as accessible. I actually try to limit myself to Starbucks because I'd rather buy a pack of cigarettes which is about the same price.
