Dunkin' — Restaurant in Vernon Township

Literally the worst DD ever. I make it a point to go to either the one in Hamburg or Wantage? but sometimes I forget how much this location sucks and order.

Prime example, I order 3 drinks and 6 donuts with the mobile app. Show up (walk in) 20 minutes later. No drinks are at the pick up spot so I wait and wait until finally someone wonders why I’m standing there. Tell them is a DD mobile app order and they finally look at start making the drinks. Give them to me (tasted terrible after I left) and I tell them about the donuts. They give me 4. sigh I point out I ordered 6, they said they were out of the last 2 (ok but you just thought that was going to slide past me?) so I go ok refund me. Lady goes to the register and asks for my card, I remind her it was a mobile order, there is no card to run. She tells me she can’t do that. Ok then give me cash. Also a no, while staring at me like a deer in headlights. Third times the charm so I ask her to just hand me 2 alternate donuts which she does. I mean chriiiiist you get paid $15 an hour it should not be a 30 minute process to get...

they do not understand the words “no cheese.” the amount of times i’ve ordered a sausage and egg on a croissant and always specify, ”no cheese” about 80% of the times they put cheese on the sandwich. not sure why its so hard to ask for no cheese of a sandwich but for some reason the workers cannot wrap their heads around the fact that i have specified no cheese.

also lately i’ve been getting an medium iced latte with oat milk and every time i’ve ordered this drink (after the hundreds of times i get it) its been tasting bitter and absolutely undrinkable. i’ve politely asked them to remake it after the first time this happened. took a sip and the same problem. returned the drink only to be told by the dunkin worker that mumbled under his breath, that there is “nothing wrong with the drink at all”. i received a refund and left. after two weeks i’ve returned to try the drink once again and the drink had the same exact wrong taste. i received a refund and just left. i will not be coming back to...

I will admit, I am a Dunkin addict, specifically for their Frozen Caramel coffee. What I dislike about some Dunkins is that I could go every day, order the same thing, and each time it tastes different and has a different consistency. This Dunkin is one of the only in Sussex County that is consistent each and every time. I struck up a conversation with the man behind the counter one day and told him how frustrating it is at other locations to get a different tasting coffee each time and asked how he was so consistent. He told me there is a very specific way to make frozen coffees and if you stick to the guidelines from the training, it will come out the same every time. When I order my frozen coffee from this Dunkin, it is almost like a milkshake consistency instead of being full of tiny ice chunks. It is smooth, creamy and delicious.
