Happy Dance for custom matting! Knowledgeable staff, the gentleman who helped me custom cuts mats for me. Right on the spot. Now that's great customer service. I have not used they're Framing Service yet but I will update this review when I have. But if it is half as good as the mats that they have I am sure it's going to be great. I brought film in to be processed and scanned digitally. When I finally got the scans, they were so low res they were unusable. When called and tried to explain the situation to the older man that works there, he was rude and dismissive. Interrupted me when I was explaining the situation, and acted like I was being unreasonable. I’ve worked in photo processing for years and worked closely with professional photographers. I would never give those scans to a customer and then take their money. Bad business and bad customer service....

I have known this place for many years, as a great photo ssrvice,and more. Out 1990's VHS wedding video was put on DVD through this business, at an affordable price, and decent timing. For my family member's Memorial, I ordered a large photo from my phone; found the perfect frame and ordered wallet size photos, which we gave out at the Memorial. The guests appreciated that.
