Arby's — Restaurant in Vero Beach

This is an Amazing Arby's location! Yes it needs a remodeling Badly because it looks original from the day it was opened in the 1970's, but the Employees? Amazing! Greeted us when we walked in. Joey took our order, and this guy was Astounding for a fast food service employee. Kudo's dude! You were Splendiferous! The gyro sandwich, greek style was as amazing as everyone said. I moved down here from Chicago 20+ years ago. I really miss Kronos brand Gyros meat. It's a Midwest thing. But Arby's NAILED the taste! Promote the guy in your R&D who developed this sandwich. You need to work on that white bread soft pita, but it was super tasty non the less. Extra points for all the employees who were dressed appropriately and did not look like the Colombian Cartel, like EVERY employee at the Arby's in Stuart Fl look. Tattoo's on their entire body's, sleeves rolled up, rainbow hair, mohawks, face tatt's and piercing. I'm an Old person. Up until recently No one who Wanted to stay in business hired employees who looked like they worked in the geek show at the local circus. We thought we would be mugged, robbed or they were criminals pretending to work there as they robbed the place. Arby's in Vero Beach on US one? Generally I would have given Arby's a 5 star rating as we love their restraunts and food, however the last visit at the location 1605 South US Highway 1 in Vero Beach was the worst experience ever for any fast food restraunt so far. We were using drive thru service and rushed through our ordering(which saves me money) and rushed receiving our order and after being repeatedly assured everything was in the bags we headed home; only to find that we were missing 3 Big Cheader sandwiches, 1 large fry, and even though we requested plenty of Arby Sauce and Horsey Sauce (even offered to pay for the extra) we had 2 Arby Sauces and 1Horsey Sauce and 24 ketchup packets 8 pepper and 1 empty salt packet and the sauce for the mozzarella sticks had been sliced open so it was all over our food. I immediately started calling the store to see if they could door dash us the rest of our meal, however I have yet to speak to anyone as it rings and rings then goes to a fax line. So all and all not a happy night for us and don't know that we're going to take the chance again. Times are tuff enough right now without paying for food you don't recieve and then not having enough for everyone created...

When I compare Vero Beach Arby's to other Arby's in the area I believe this is the best one. I like that they're bringing back stuff that used to be the best stuff on the menu. The potato cakes are just awesome. The chicken cordon bleu sandwich is awesome. Now all they need to bring back are the steak onion rings they were awesome. I have to use the app in order to save money when I go to this restaurant. They used to mail coupons out which I really liked. Everyone got Arby's coupons and they would allow them to be duplicated. I think they should bring that back. I always go through the drive-thru and I really like Arby's food but it can't be an all the time thing of course because it's so salty. But it is still very good. Also I'd like to talk about the mint shake that is just awesome as well. I mean who eats at a fast food restaurant to worry about good health anyhow. I consider this place a real treat. One thing I noticed is the way to get the freshest food at this restaurant is to order with the app...
