I am leaving the review from 4 years ago as it says nothing has changed about this place.
I placed an order online for ~$81 in food. About 15 minutes after expected delivery I called and was told it wasn't their problem as the order was placed through a 3rd party and someone who they do not know picked it up. 45 minutes after expected delivery I get a text with a picture of a front door for some random business that I have never seen (no food in picture just the front door) my expensive pizza delivery has been delivered. Long story short they gave my order to some random person and when it wasn't delivered as expected from their website I was informed it was my problem to deal with since I did not call and paced an order online with their website. So $81 lost and Goodfella's told me they did not care. Seriously people grab something frozen from a local chain and not only will it taste better but you will not be out $81. Also, I should add that now I will have to figure out food for my family because the manager simply could care less that they gave food away to someone.
4 year ago review: Wish I could tell you how the food tastes here but they decided they didn't want to do their agreed upon job and deliver the pizza. Placed the order over the phone and made sure they had the right address and apt number. They said it would be an hour which isn't bad for a Friday night. An hour and 15 minutes goes by and I call to find out if there was a delay or whatever may have happened. That's when they tell me the driver said there was no apartment number so he just drove the pizza back. I mean come on. A simple phone call and 10 seconds would have taken care of them not writing down the apartment number and now they wouldn't have wasted the gas and gotten a tip. Instead they would rather loose business, waste food and the money/time it took to prepare. Lastly the person answering the phone made it clear they didn't care one way...
Read moreI've been ordering from the us1 location for many moons. Over a year, but unfortunately the last three times my girlfriend and I have ordered delivery there has been less than sub par. The first time I got the Buffalo chicken lasagna was the best thing I've ever had from there, swimming in Alfredo and cheese. That very next weekend we ordered the same dish again and there was no Alfredo sauce at all, no cheese and very dry. Not good. Haven't ordered from there in weeks so I decided to try the 20 wings this evening with my girlfriend. My order was a disaster upon delivery. Ordered multiple extra ranches which we were charged for and weren't delivered. Called the store and got a credit " in the books" from what I was told. Started to dive into my wings to find that they were blood red and very undercooked in the center. Not pink, pepperoni red.... I was disgusted to say the least. I am not one to post reviews let alone drive to the establishment to complain about food served to me as I've served in the F&B industry for many years. Merely wanted to let them know what they're serving to patrons. Let alone how badly they can get people sick! When I presented the wings to a so called "manager" in a beanie he seems ubothered and tried an excuse of how "the blood seeped into the bag of wings" per his words. I've ate wings my entire 37 years of my life and have never been served such gross uncooked wings at any establishment. Very disappointed in quality and understanding of my situation. Some very BAD changes have recently heppend with your restaurant and will only hinder your business at that location. I'm so unhappy I will also be writing a review about your location as well on google. Hope this info helps turn your quality around from what it has become... I wish I could include a picture but...
Read moreWe have ordered from this restaurant 4 times and the last two times we opted for delivery. The first time we went through the website which automatically uses DoorDash and we ended up having to go get it ourselves because our order got canceled and then placed again. Of course this was after our pizza sat for an extended amount of time. We were told to call next time so they use their own delivery people instead of DoorDash. Tonight we tried that and were given a 1.5 hour wait time which we figured since it was Monday night they were probably busy. After 2 hours we called and were told that the delivery driver’s car had broken down and that our food had been sitting there for 30 + minutes. Had this been the case and they’d called us when the food was ready and they realized the delivery driver wouldn’t be able to bring it, we would have just gone to get it. Instead, our food sat and got cold and I’m sure soggy (we ordered subs). I would have expected someone to let us know that they wouldn’t be able to fulfill the delivery request rather than just letting our food sit there and wait for us to call to say something. I know things happen and the restaurant business is a hectic under appreciated profession but you’ve got to take better care of your customers and have some accountability.
