Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Vero Beach

So this is now the second time I have been to this Moe’s location.First time was with my family, second time I was alone. Both time’s had the same employee. She is honestly probably the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. No hello, no what can I get you. Literally just stared at me.. First time she maybe said two words, this time she said absolutely nothing. I asked her what came on the wrong Doug and she didn’t speak. She looked at me, rolled her eyes and stood there?! Honestly I enjoy their food, it’s a little spendy but it’s good. But I have been to many different restaurants and I have never in my life felt more awkward and unwanted as a paying customer. I have never in my life left a review for a restaurant either but I felt I needed to. I don’t see this location lasting very long sadly and I hope she finds a new job because she must be absolutely miserable with her life to treat people like that. Super disappointed in this location. I have eaten there a few times and the food has always been good but the last 2 times probably a month a part they are completely out of grilled vegetables. The first time I can let slide but this time during my order I specifically ordered the first 2 dishes with grilled vegetables and I'm not sure if the guy just ignored me but by the time I ordered the last item (which was mine) and requested grilled vegetables he then proceeded to tell me they were out and did not have any....not sure why you go through the first 2 orders and not tell me you were out before committing to make them?

In the end I probably won't be back. Maybe Moe's doesn't care if I do or not but I would advise any other person going into the establishment here in Vero to make sure they actually have ingredients before going out of. your way or waiting in line only to find out they do...

I love moe’s but this one needs extra work put into it and the staff. Every time I come here either the beans or rice or BOTH are crunchy. Who ever cooks the food doesn’t do a good job. Whenever I get a bowl it is never full. Came here one night at 6:30, I was told to wait because they had the counters pulled back and were cleaning behind them. She made me stand there for 10 minutes waiting while she could clean. Mind you there was no one else in line so she thought that was okay. RUDE. When I finally got to order they said I couldn’t have black beans because they were old or crunchy. I asked if they had more and they said they were all made the same so it didn’t matter. The rice I got was crunchy. After all that they gave me my bowl for free but it didn’t matter because the ingredients weren’t fresh and I didn’t get all the ingredients I wanted. It will be a long time before I ever go back...
