Arby's — Restaurant in Victoria

The old Arby's location was way better than this new one. This is my 2nd time to eat at this new location. The 1st time, I got a favorite gyro of mine & I vowed never to go there again. They actually had 1 tiny piece of gyro meat. This time I tried the brown sugar blt. I watched many videos on YT seeing how amazing this sandwich looked, plenty of bacon. I never post reviews but a 2nd time receiving no kind of protein is ridiculous. I basically got a blt without the B. Not to mention the bacon had no brown sugar. It was regular bacon. The whole point was to try something different. I bought 2 sandwiches for my mom & I. Cost came out to $16.43. So, I'm not an unreasonable person. I get that places can run out of things so why not tell your customers that you are short on that so we can purchase something else. Don't rip off customers, just be honest. Such a hard...

Dining room closed due to no one can/wants to work so drive thru only. Out of all chicken products. Only familiar with current menu items and nothing from old menu. No smile. The blame squarely goes to franchise owner and manager. Fire them all and hire someone who actually knows how and wants to make something successful. It is obvious these people don’t care about customers or if they can make any money. I should have taken the clue when you see no cars in the parking lot or in the drive-thru, you’re about to get a bad experience.

Btw, save your money by closing the restaurant. How? You paid for utilities, staff, and food costs (and food waste). That night I would be surprised as bad as it was that they made maybe $100-200 in sales. You lost money. That is the manager’s and franchise owner’s fault but being ignorant with how to run a fast-food...

We've gone here twice in the last month. The first time drive thru: the guy was rude on the intercom. Then I noticed before leaving that I was missing a fry. Then I got all the way across town and home before realizing I wasn't given any Arby's sauce or horsy sauce. Then we had the beef and cheese sandwiches... But they had no cheese and no Arby's sauce. Since I wasn't given my receipt I don't know if I was charged for it or not. Then we went last week, inside: they kept getting my order wrong. Had to ring it up twice. I don't really begrudge the girl helping us, she told us she was new and I could tell the people "training her" were too occupied with being arrogant and rude to actually train her. The food was ok. But for the price, I'm not sure how often we'll eat here with such poor service. Also... Frustrating you can't order from the...
