Dunkin' — Restaurant in Victoria

I am conflicted on how many stars to give as this review starts out great, but quickly takes a turn.....

I moved here 2 years ago from a state where Dunkin is on every other street corner. It was always my guilty pleasure. So naturally, I was disappointed when I got here and found there wasn't one........until there was!!! I was super happy this one finally opened.

I almost always order ahead with my app and the staff there quickly began to recognize me by name and was always so friendly. Tonya has by far been my favorite DD employee to date, and that says a lot. My order has mostly always been correct, timely and served with a kind word and a smile.

Then, Tonya and all the other friendly staff abruptly disappeared and I was informed that this was because of some upper management team coming in and not treating their staff with the same kindness that is bestowed upon us as patrons. This does not sit well with me. An entire crew doesn't walk out for no reason. I have not been back, and will not be back.

Do better! Maybe losing me as a customer is no big shakes to you because others will still continue to be loyal customers. However, word of mouth can be a powerful thing.

I do not know Tonya or any of the crew personally, so this is by no means a revenge posting. I am just tired of people treating people poorly and thinking there are zero consequences. Who...

This location’s Employee(s) and manager(s) need better training. Have given them several tries since opening day. Drinks and food are always different tasting and not good. Food taste old. Workers also not interested in working/ being there. Customer service is awful! Always on their phones and or talking to each other instead of helping and or acknowledging customers. Please hire older employees who actually want to work and know what customer service means and are kind and polite. Oh and drive thru is always slow; even if there is no one else in line besides myself.

We went through the drive-thru and notice it was taking an unusual long time, we were three cars behind. It took the two cars ahead of us about 10-15mins to place their order. Once it got to us, we waited about two minutes till we had to say hello. The drive thru employee came on, said Hello how can I help you. We started to place our order till she interrupted us to say a rude hang on then never came back on. We sat at the screen for 10 mins till we pulled away. We parked to go inside to get our order, no one was working. All the girls were standing there, we explained the issue at the drive thru, the manager just said that’s how Dunkin’ Donuts does things( I’m from New England…we are well aware how Dunkin’ Donuts works) then they didn’t help us, they just stood there…so we left…I have a gift card to use…guess I won’t be using it there.
