Needs work on customer service and communication. I went there at 4 pm and ask for a box of half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. The guy said sure it will be 15 mins. I waited in the area for 30 mins. Went up there and ask "sir, how long will it take for my pizza to be ready." He responds with "I didn't know you had a pizza. We just change shifts." He ask for my name and I gave it. He gave me my pizza which was just sitting right behind him and say "don't shoot the messager." First that guy is just rude. After I was nice to him. Half of his job is dealing with customers. I feel with customers everyday and not once I'm like this. Instead of being both rude and sarcastic with a relaxed attitude. Try giving the impression of concern while saying "I'm sorry for the mistake here is your pizza." Second it tells me not only he is not professional but they don't tell the on coming shift what they need to do and who is waiting on their order. I don't know him or how they run things but it seems that they are not very organize and dosent know how to deal with customers just from the first impression from this guy. I don't want anything from these guys expect to be better worker and a better food joint. Also don't shoot the messager dosent fit into this situation. If he came to me with bad news then yes but I came to him. I wasn't mad that I waited. I was mad cause he didn't handle...
Read moreWhile I absolutely love their food, I am appalled at the service. NO ONE EVER sm I les, they rarely say thank you. I think they would have much more business if their attitude didnt stink. I have never been to a place that sells food, where I didnt even get a thank you. If I wasnt so hungry, and didn't live rhe pizza, I wouldn't have bought my lunch there today. I am sad that they are so unfriendly. I asked for a little garlic powder, and I feel like the girl gave me such a small amount, that she should have just said I can't give you any. What was the point? Find a different industry if you can't even thank the people who pay your salary. Shame on you for not being a decent human being. We all have problems, l3ave them at...
Read moreI went in not really knowing what to expect. I have a student that works at the local store, and when I asked for recommendations in the area, she piped up and said this place was good.
I was, to be frank, disappointed. I got one sausage, and one pepperoni slice. The pizza is super thin. This is not necessarily a problem, but not my favorite. But it was the flavor...or lack thereof, that was the problem. It tasted like cheap frozen pizza, but without the substance. I'd actually prefer a frozen pizza, sadly.
On the upside, the staff was very...
