I was there for my Birthday Dinner and it was a group of twelve. I felt that it was going to be bad when the waitress was taking orders and huffing and puffing behind me. I let it go. Long story short my food came out wrong and cold. I called Ella back to the table and told her she smacked her lips and said I'll just get the manager again, the manager came it take to plates remake two orders. That food then came out and it too was cold onion rings still had uncooked raw batter left on them. His name was Gary I then asked for the general manager that was in the restaurant her name was Kimberly. Kimberly came to the table with an attitude right off, asking what can she take off the bill now, WOW, Ellie and Gary felt the need to tell me that I didn't know what hot wings where. now I feel as if she's telling me that we can't afford our food. Ellie felt the need to go to two other tables with different customers and proceeded to tell them what was going on at our table. They charge people and our group that did not have any kids for the playing the game that is on the tables. Kimberly stated okay I'll take that off what else can I take off. still an attitude, A lot of restaurants here in the high desert doesn't have good customer service and they don't worry about quality control. I seen that Ellie had lost so much money that night dealing with our group of 12 a table behind us that she had to comp some meals and it didn't seem to bother her. That was one of the tables that she went to stating to the customers that we was mad at her. but the manager gave her some coupons or some cards or something she didn't care, let me see what I could take off you guys ticket. And now she goes to the other end of the table behind our table she stood ther telling another customer. discussing with them about what was going on with our table. and my son and daughter told her that if she had a problem with someone at our table she need to address it at our table not discussing what other customers. she said I'm having a private conversation, and he said yeah about my parents and you don't want to go there. So Corporate Office will be getting an earful on Monday morning. If that's how a Manager and a General Manager behave and represent their Restaurant. Ā Ā Ā Read moreCan't rate the food cause we never got a chance to sit down to eat. The host took our name down, around 530 pm today, and said it would be 30 minutes. At the end of our wait they said it would be at least another 30-45 minutes. I complained and said why not give it to us straight right at the beginning? So another hostess apologized and went to advise the manager and upon her return she told us that the manager refused to come out and talk to us because he was "too busy" and said "yeah, it's going to be at least that much longer." The hostess apologized again, and you could tell she was frustrated at how the manager handles customer service... So not faulting her at all. But a manager refusing to talk to a customer is total bullshit. I will contact Chili's corporate office and try to file a formal complaint. Customer service, in the restaurant business, is top priority. This manager has failed at his job.
11/19/2024 (update) the owner responded and basically said that I should call ahead to place myself on the wait list. Oh...and there was a half ass effort to apologize for the long wait. Apparently, my actual complaint was missed. I don't care if it's a long wait (30 minutes, 1 hour, 1.5 hours...I don't care). Just don't BS me and tell me it's only 30 minutes wait when in fact it'll be over an hour. Let me decide if I'm willing to wait. Worse than that is that the manager could care less about addressing a customer concern, but instead choosing to hide in the back. Stay away...

Despite us going at a later time of the evening the wait wasnt too bad. The waitress was AMAZING AND POLITE... We got our drinks and appetizer right away. Now the food did take alittle longer than I'm used to but the place was PACKED!!! AND BOY WAS IT WORTH IT....!!!! ....LIKE I SAID ..." BEST FAJITAS TO DATE!!! " AND THATS ALL I ORDER... so I know what to expect. Having that night brought The evening with no problems... GREAT HOT TASTY FOOD AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THE MANAGER THAT NIGHT WAS OUTSTANDING AND CARING FOR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVING THE RESTAURANT RUN SMOOTHLY...AND IT SURE DID. SHE WAS WALKING THROUGH THE RESTAURANT...CHECKING TABLES... DIRECTING HER CREW WHICH TABLES WERE OPEN TO BETTER SERVE US CUSTOMERS AND GET US IN SOONER... THOSE TABLES NEEDING CLEANING SHE WAS ON TOP OF IT. I LOVED THE WAY SHE TOOK CHARGE AND GOT EVERYONE IN AT REASONABLE WAIT TIME.
