If I could give negative stars I would! So my husband and I place an order for a #12 honey BBQ with a route 44 cherry limeade and a med. Cherry limeade cream slush with a small dollop of extra ice cream on top. 10 minutes later a young man came out for clarification on my drink. Once I did he said oh we don't do that, I told him that I they had done so for me a few days ago and had just charged me extra, he say no we don't do that, I said ok can I please speak with your manager, he said she's busy in the kitchen, and I said we didn't mind waiting, he says well I am a manager, my husband says obviously not one with the authority to help us please get your manager or cancel our order, "the manager" says fine we'll cancel your order, walks aways and locks both doors in front. My husband at this point is reasonably angry and bangs on the door until a heavy set woman with blue hair comes to talk to him. She says she's the GM and because he was pounding on the door she wasn't going help us out give us any way to contact her boss. So in short there is VERY POOR customer service and management skills here. Read moreI am a uber eats driver and i have never once received this kind of disrespect as i have here. I came at around 9:30 to pick up a uber eats delivery and did as i was instructed, i parked pressed the red button and a girl responded and said “we are closed” in a rude voice, i responded and said we had a uber eats delivery and she responded saying that again they are closed and when i asked what am i supposed to do since i have already grabbed the delivery she didn’t respond. I went to the drive thru instead to maybe receive help and there was a white chubby female who didnt even open the window to talk to us but all she did was nod her head side to side even when i showed my screen, i understand that her job must be hard and she might want to go home. I have a sister who works next door in panera and deals with people all day, but that doesn’t give the excuse to be outwardly disrespectful. They need to understand that this is my job too and i spent my gas to go to sonic to deliver and do my job. just because my job is different then hers doesnt mean it isnt just as hard and time consuming. I genuinely have never experienced people this rude. The service here is terrible and i will never come here to eat personally just because of this interaction. Read moreWorst drive thru expierence .. around 9:50pm got to the drive thru (the only person there!) ordered 1 medium slushee or whatever & 2 corn dogs, got to the window paid & got my drink. Well from then until 3 other cars pulled up I waited for my corn dogs.. thinking “just a little bit longer.” Then I started questioning the service when the CARS behind me were getting served & I still HAVE NOT received my corn dogs. After the car behind me drove off I finally knocked on the window asking how much longer for my two corn dogs. I heard the guy ask some girl how much longer then just shut the window on me without even telling me anything so again I’m just here, waiting, in a drive thru for two corn dogs. Finally! My corn dogs are given to me, no word said I asked if there was ketchup & mustard & again in silence I was handed some. Once down the road I bit into the corn dog and it was freaking COLD!!! At that point I realized I wasn’t going to waste my gas to go back over there and wait in the drive thru to complain & probably just get ignored again but write a letter expressing how frustrated I was about such poor guest service for a place that’s suppose to be all great.
