Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Victorville

I literally work at this Domino's and so my opinion may be a little biased, but I'll try and be fair in my rating.

Pros: We have good deal prices: such as the $5.99 mix and match deal and the $7.99 carryout special Good delivery range: approximately 2 miles north/south from the store, and 4 miles east/west (including all of Spring Valley Lake) Great variety of food: pizza, bread, desserts, salads, pastas, sandwiches, wings Great variety of toppings: various meats, various cheeses and veggies Dine-in seating Public restroom (for customers)

Cons: Non-deal prices are somewhat high Wait times are sometimes high, and estimated times are sometimes overdue I would estimate that order accuracy and delivery accuracy is over 95%, but it's not 100% (yes, we make mistakes) Small dining room Single person restroom

My favorite items: Stuffed cheesy bread, no garlic butter, with jalapeno and pineapple Extra large Brooklyn pizza, just cheese, light sauce Lava cakes...

This white lady who just delivered said so sarcastically “great instructions “ as if she was annoyed. She said it to my bf and he’s nice so he didn’t say anything except “there’s a limit to what we can write” because he’s respectful. I get apartments can be annoying , especially gated but I wrote what I could since there is a limit. It seemed simple enough to me and I’ve wrote the same thing for others so idk why she had an issue. Seems to me she shouldn’t be working there. One very important thing I’ve learned from working in the food industry for years is that sometimes people are going through stuff so be nice even if the customer is mean but we weren’t even mean and got attitude. Oh also I ordered recently and I requested it to be brought to my car since I had my baby in the car seat and they neverrrr came out and I saw other cars waiting and have to get off too. When I did get off there wasn’t even an apology or anything. I need a job maybe I’ll go run this place , I have experience as an assistant...

Do NOT order from here if you can avoid it. I’ve never had worse service, and i’ve been in food service most of my life, so i’m not usually one to judge. But, if something is ordered over an hour and a half ago, you’d think it would be at your house by then. But no, we called, and apparently the delivery driver wasn’t even there, and our order isn’t getting put into the oven until he gets there. Understandable, but my issue here is that it’s still not here, and by the time it gets here, me and the family will have waited over two hours for a pizza delivery, which tbh is a bit insane in this day in age. I would never let this happen at any restaurant i worked at, and if it did by some chance, i would have OFFERED a refund immediately. I’m disgusted. Avoid....
