Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Victorville

Don't believe I've been to Jack in The box lately have I oh yeah they're in Stanley overpriced at the moment just like McDonald's and got the places because my buddy happens to like that stuff I'm not really a fan but if my buddy wants something my buddy gets it most of the time anyways they're okay I mean I've been seeing him ever since the early 60s I remember the built one a couple blocks around home just right outside of Beverly hills and I remember the Beatles were playing at the Hollywood bowl that year so for you the fishy and autos out there what year was that and how old was I I know they play there more than once but it was the first time as the hint the Jack in the box heads at the drive up we're so much cooler back in the 60s and it's funny I've been collecting antiques and 60s things ever since the 60s cuz I was young I was still remember it all didn't have all that much fun but it was fun collecting I have never seen one of those for sale anywhere have you? And what did it go for nowadays the original Jack in the box drive through window heads microphone speaker whatever was inside of that piece of wonderful plastic as we trip down in nostalgia Lane oh who knows when the first Jack in the box was opened and where was it? Of course I know I'm not telling you I'm supposed to know enough not to tell you just yet look for...

Its a nice location with little problems other than the manager. Be fair warned though, if your order ends up wrong or if you notice something wrong with the food itself, you will very likely get bad attitudes and rudeness. I've had multiple problems with the wait time when IT IS NOT BUSY! The last time I went, or will ever go back, was when they put cheese on my burger when I asked for no cheese. The lettuce was wilted and warm and so was the tomato. When I walked up politely to get a different burger without cheese and ask why the lettuce and tomato was warm. The manager just kept talking over me saying I wanted cheese as she snatched the food back. I asked to just be refunded so I could leave because she was being confrontational. She wouldn't give me her name and flashed her badge then put it under her vest saying shes the only manager at that location and I can take any problem up with her.. As I walked out the door she then said, "You better remember my name!", I turned to ask if she seriously said that and she repeated it with a smirk. Ive contacted their customer complaint department and have even tried the number they give that doesn't work. Something needs to be done about this rude manager with snyde remarks treating people badly and serving...

I’ve had good last experiences here but this one was worth sharing. Simon R was the person who took my order and I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but I was trying to be polite with her. I had a coupon and was waiting for someone to help me but she called me over and said with attitude that I could use their kiosk to which I replied that I had a coupon and would need her assistance. After patiently waiting, she took my order and when the food came I asked for creamers for the coffee and some ranch as there were 4 in my party and they said that you had to pay for extra. As someone who has family working at other Jack in the Box facilities, I knew that they had to give you at least one person order considering we ordered multiple things as a party of 4. I said thank you and was trying to be polite about it but I just felt that she had an attitude so I wish her the best. There was no issue with the actual food but I just hope this facility is aware of how rude their employees...
