Completely overwhelmed staff. Not only over whelmed but rude to the customers. Maria O made an online order ( doordash).Iām the dasher. The employee was really nice although she looked like a lost dogg. She Kindly asked if iām at the right location because itās not in the system. i verified it was. I told her iām going to wait. Maybe something would pop up. I never left the counter 20 min pass i ask the same worker she said still nothing in the system. i tell her i will be back in 5 minutes go in the car and call door dash they confirm the order. Then come in and ask a different employee (Harvey) tattoo on neck. who was in the back hiding when it was busy she says be right back. She proceeds to charge some one at the register then comes back and said a dasher picked it up. I tell her i am the dasher and no one picked it up. She very rudely rolls her eyes and says. I donāt care talk to manager. The manager says it was already picked up and that he handed it to the dasher. If it was a confirmed pick up. It would have been confirmed. He said he made sure it was confirmed. So we have a manager backing up a rude employees lie. As a manager you should never cover up a lie. Dishonesty can cause the dasher to lose his job. Itās christmasās and this is my second job. If i get deactivated for this my kids will suffer i hope the manager today and rude harvey get reprimanded or fired. This is probably not the first time...

Honestly, this left me such a gross taste in a gross appetite like this is so honestly ridiculous. I call the store and after 20mins of trying to figure it out the clerk tells me to drive down and he will change them. I told him i was not going to do so i paid for a delivery. He mentions its a mistake by door dash. Doordash dont make the food the just go and pick up to deliver. Long story short they sent the wrong order and try blame it to doordash and hes asking.me.to drive down to get them swap he says "we will call door dash to pick up food from you and will exchange" so now "i have to wait 1 more hour" i asked he said "well sorry is all we can do." I would suggest that if a mistake is made on your behalf fix it and make sure customer is satisfied dont try blame some1 else for your mistakes.
