KFC — Restaurant in Victorville

I don't know how many times a person must ask for a butter and honey for the biscuits, it has to be more then the 3 that I repeated myself. Of course I didn't get them, how about the specific dipping sauces, nope, didn't manage to get those in the bag either. How about a utensil to eat with, why would we need those? I guess we can eat the famous bowl with our fingers.. oh I know what they probably got correct, the chocolate bunt cake? WRONG!! Just didn't seem to make it in the bag.. I looked her in the eyes and asked as she handed me the bag, you got everything in here right? Her response with a big smile was "YES SIR" Unbelievable but not really Unbelievable at all just really unexpected since they were NOT busy.. Should have struggled to move everything around to check the huge bag of food. Completely horrible experience when I arrived...

Poor Service and Management at KFC Mariposa Road, Victorville

I have visited multiple KFC locations, and unfortunately, this one stands out as the worst. The dining room is often closed before 8 p.m., sometimes even earlier, which is highly inconvenient. Additionally, the drive-thru service is extremely slow, with customers waiting in line for over 30 minutes just to place an order.

What makes this even more frustrating is that while customers are stuck waiting, employees can be seen sitting in the dining area, eating and relaxing instead of prioritizing service. This kind of management and customer disregard is driving people away, myself included.

Been here several times unfortunately. Placed online orders for pickup and orders are not started until I arrive which is a great inconvenience, beats the purpose of placing an online order. There's a dozen people working there I'm not sure what are they doing if they can't finish two combos on time. Second time I was there was through the drive-thru at 8:30pm which they close at 9pm and they said it's closed. Then again today I go to pick up another online order thinking it was just that one time and again they didn't start my order until I rrrived and they were all cleaning at 7:45pm . Didn't feel comfortable seeing them clean their filth with soap , sprays and chemicals with wet floors. So I canceled my order for a refund. Disgusting!! Come on its...
