Caution to Potential Customers!!!!! This is not good place to eat. The Owner disrespect me, just because I said that food smell bad.

Yesterday purchased a whole chicken with two sides from this restaurant and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The chicken had an unpleasant odor and taste, suggesting that it was not only old but also spoiled.

I contacted the restaurant to inform them of the issue and initially spoke with Claudia, who identified herself as the owner. She was polite and expressed concern, stating that she would replace the order and that my feedback would help maintain quality control, as the restaurant is relatively new. I provided my contact information as requested.

However, shortly after, I received a call from a man who also identified himself as the owner. He was extremely aggressive and dismissive, insisting that what I reported was impossible. He told me to return the chicken if I wanted anything done but continued to deny that there could be anything wrong with the food. I found his tone and behavior to be very disrespectful and unprofessional.

I spent $54.47 on this order and have photographs documenting the condition of the food. Unfortunately, the unpleasant experience left my entire family uncomfortable and disappointed. For a first impression this place gets a zero! I understand that everyone has a bad day but there should be more transparency. I stopped by today around 6pm for dinner and was excited to try this place for the first time, I walked up to their kiosk to order and after choosing what I wanted it turned out it was out of order and directed me to the register. Totally understandable, so I went to the register to wait to place my order. The two people working there were running around crazy (even though there was only two customers) and it looked as if they were in a panic. I didn’t mind waiting as an understand that sometime these things happen, however when someone finally came to the register to take my order it turned out the they were out of chicken! How a Peruvian chicken places runs out of chicken is beyond me! That being said the thing that upset me the most is that they could have made that abundantly clear as soon as I walked in or have some sort of sign at the door! Instead they wasted about 20 mins on my time just for me to have to go somewhere else. Hopefully, they get their act together but I will not...

The place itself was set up beautifully, but my experience started off poorly when the cashier didn’t greet us and even rolled her eyes as we walked in, which immediately left a bad impression. Based on the pictures and reviews I had seen, I was expecting one of the best Peruvian restaurants, but unfortunately, I can’t say the same.

I ordered a whole chicken with two sides. While the chicken and rice were fine (though on the smaller side), the “large” sides were disappointing. The fries were a fair portion, but the rice was shockingly small — barely a spoonful that BARELY even covered the bottom of the container.
