My family and I visited here on 5/5/18 and I’m beside myself with disgust and disappointment at the experience with the owner and staff. I was having some work performed on my car around the corner and my wife walked here with our 3 young children. They ordered lunch and sat outside to eat. Once the work on my car was complete I pulled up to the store and joined my family. My wife had our almost 2 year old son on her lap and she was feeding him his sandwich. A man who had been unloading water from his truck when I arrived unexpectedly began to address my 5 year old son— he scolded him for somehow damaging one of the bushes beside the outdoor tables. This man was not wearing a uniform or any name tag and didn’t identify himself and as such I felt very uncomfortable that this stranger was addressing my son. My wife and I looked at each other trying to understand this strange interaction that had just occurred. I stood up and asked the man if he was the owner and he said he was. Confused, I asked him why he felt it was appropriate for him to address my son rather than me and immediately he began to become defensive and raised his voice with me. I tried to explain to him that I hadn't noticed my son damaging the bush and that my wife hadn't either. He clearly didn't want to hear anything I was saying as he rebutted every statement with a loud and arrogant attitude. At one point he said "This is what is wrong with America today.”. I had had enough at this point and told him to stop talking to me and I walked away. I then told my wife we were leaving and began to pack away our things. When I walked to the trash can to throw our garbage away he was standing in the store doorway and began to argue with me again. I told him this was no way to treat your customers and that we wouldn't ever be visiting his store again and he instantaneously rebutted with "I don't care!". Astonished, I repeated "You don't care about your customers?!" and a woman in Jimmy John's uniform came to the door and identified herself as the man’s daughter. I tried to explain the situation to her and she was somewhat more attentive to the concern, but regardless I repeated that we are leaving. The man continued to argue his point to which I warned him to stop talking to me and my family or I would be calling the police. He rebutted by saying he would call the police first. He then started to address my wife, beginning by asking "Do you speak English?". My wife is Hispanic however she speaks very little Spanish and she had been speaking in English to me and my kids the entire time. I asked him to stop speaking to my wife to which he rebutted "Are you trying to control her too?". After reading all the other 1 star reviews from customers and his previous employees on Google I am much less surprised as there seems to be a clear pattern of behavior here. I'd look for food elsewhere, this place is not worth your time or money. ...
Read moreI made an order for delivery and it was supposed to be without cheese, i mentioned it couple times because I’m dairy allergic. After 30min I got sandwich with cheese, called them and asked if I can get another one without cheese cause it was their mistake. Girl transfered me to ‘manager’ who asked me was the sandwich already eaten more than half of less than half. I told him I just took small piece when I started to eat it then I realized there is a cheese. He refused to send me new one claiming “ per our policy we can not send you new one cuz you are more then half”. I repeated that I didn’t eat I’m dairy allergic!! He refused again, told me ‘You could take off that cheese” for couple times. I tried to explain this wasn’t my fault, but nothing. After couple minutes being on hold, he repeated everything again started laughing then hang up on me. Called them again, he told me that will be send another sandwich and hang up again. I was expecting another one for next 1hour, of course never received, called them again to credit my account back for that amount, not because of 7$ or because of sandwich but principle. Couple of them started laughing behind! This is a stealing, making people idiots!! Never had worst experience with anybody in my life! This location should be closed or those ppl must be fired...

The manager instructed the employees to not let me purchase food because I had a small puppy with me secured in a carrier that I was wearing, so there's no way he could get out of it or even touch anything inside the "restaurant". The said "manager" started yelling at me how this is a restaurant and you can't bring pets into restaurants for even a moment. He didn't allow me to pay and wait outside or even step out and call my order in. The whole ordeal of him raising his voice at me and talking to his employees about me in 3rd person while I'm standing right there took much longer that it would take for me to pay for my food and wait outside the door. Mind you, this is a tiny puppy that I bring with me everywhere, including grocery stores and restaurants. No one ever had a problem with it. Many restaurants owners even let us dine-in with him in the carrier present. And it wouldn't be a big deal if the "manager" of this place asked me politely to leave, but he straight on raised his voice at me.
