Never patronizing this establishment again. It’s a shame because they used to be such a well run McDonald’s franchise.

On Saturday October 19th at 9:45 I placed a mobile order. I got to the first window and took my receipt from the cashier. The order window asked if I had ordered a coffee and a biscuit. I had not and reminded them of my order and provided my receipt. I was instructed to pull to the 3rd take out window and wait. A man with black glasses came out and asked me my order again. He started at me menacingly for several minutes and I asked him if that was all of my order. He was not responding to me only staring at me with a creepy smile that made me feel unsafe and harassed. Keep in mind I had not even received any of my drinks or items at this point. He then finally handed me a small bag and inside was only a sausage egg McMuffin and a hash brown. I still needed another sausage egg McMuffin, an orange juice, Diet Coke and donut. He then stares with the creepiest and unnerving smile without saying a word. I then ask him if he needs to bag back to complete my order. He’s unresponsive and staring at me. At this point I’m feeling harassed and embarrassed. He then finally responds and asks what’s wrong with the order and I explain that the receipt here shows what I need and what I’m missing. He finally leaves and someone new comes back and asks for my order again. I explain the situation and he leaves. He comes back with the two sandwiches and the hash brown. I explain that I still need my drinks and donut. He then leaves and comes back again with the rest of my order. I came home and told my fiancé about the situation and we immediately went back and demanded and refund and spoke with the manager. It seems as though this employee has had behaviors like this before because the manager seemed like she knew exactly what happened before we even described in detail what took place. I felt completely unsafe, harassed and intimidated by the behaviors of this employee. We didn’t even trust to eat the food after this...

Disappointing Experience with Terrible Customer Service

I visited this McDonald's location recently, excited for a delicious breakfast with my husband and brother-in-law. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be a complete letdown, primarily due to the poor customer service we encountered.

We ordered our meals using the kiosk, anticipating a pleasant start to our day. However, when our order was delivered by a staff member named Filomeno, who was supposed to be cleaning the bathrooms, he dropped one of the hash browns on the floor and completely ignored it. It was as if our presence and the mistake didn’t matter to him at all.

Feeling frustrated, I approached the counter to speak with the cashier, Carmen, about the incident. Instead of receiving an understanding response, I was met with the worst attitude imaginable. While she did eventually replace the hash brown, her demeanor was far from welcoming.

When I returned to our table, I quickly realized we were missing jelly, sauce, and silverware. I went back to the counter again, and although Carmen handed me the silverware, her irritation was palpable, and I didn’t appreciate the attitude I was receiving.

Upon returning to the table, I noticed that the silverware still lacked salt and pepper. Not wanting to face Carmen's attitude again, I asked my brother-in-law to request the condiments. When he approached the counter, Carmen had the audacity to argue with him, insisting that the condiments were included with the silverware. He politely explained they were not, but she continued to be defensive and angry about our need for assistance.

This experience was by far the worst service I have ever encountered at any establishment. We frequent this McDonald's often, but never have we faced such disrespect from any employee. I cannot recommend this location, and unless there is a significant change in how customers are treated, I will not be returning. It's disheartening to think about how a little kindness and respect could have made a world...

It was Thursday, 2019-01-17, at around 9:15am I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle meal, 2 additional bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle's, just the sandwichs and an extra hash brown, so I definitely ordered enough food to write up this review.

When I got home and started eating, I noticed the bacon was like rubber, not fully cooked, stretchy, and just...gross. The hash browns tasted gross and it took me a minute to figure out what was wrong and then it hit me, the oil was old and gross, so the taste had that old burnt oil taste.

I don't know about you, but I like my bacon crisp and fully cooked. Poll after poll suggests that the large majority of people like their bacon crisp as well! 💡 Hint hint owner's, you may be losing out on a lot of sales!

After pulling off the bacon, I ended up eating the sandwichs that looked like they were slopped together and gobbled down the hash browns since they weren't that bad, but can definitely taste the funky old oil flavor.

Based on my experience, I can honestly say that NO care went into making any of the food whatsoever and it shows because the sandwiches came out looking like they were on a rushed assembly line that doesn't care about quality, but quantity.

I haven't eaten here for lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment. However, I won't be coming back for breakfast until the cook is replaced with a robot that cooks better!

Don't laugh, that may happen! This location is getting Kiosks to replace workers. Personally, I'd start with the cooks and either train them better or get cooks that care and actually cook!

This location is a piggy bank for its owners, and it shows, double lane ordering, Kiosks, super fast in and out food (made for quantity), coupons and brochures, etc.

Anyhow, that's my experience, I hope yours ends up...
