Little cafe with a good amount of seating for working on a laptop. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions and was obviously very passionate and knowledgeable. Every other person seemed to be a regular customer whom the owner called by name and happily greeted, knowing their orders by heart! Pretty impressive since this cafe has only been open for less than ten months. I got lucky with parking right in front, but I would imagine it is somewhat difficult to find a spot to park due to the busy street the cafe is on. I enjoyed my Pancake Latte which appears to be a favorite amongst many customers. The barista was extremely professional, friendly, focused, and efficient. The line was long and she appeared to make each drink with ease and expertise. What caught me by surprise was how two customers mentioned "how 'cute' she looked in her 'little' apron"... Pretty condescending to tell someone they look cute while doing their job when she clearly was a badass at making a million drinks all on her own super fast... I However, the owner was amazing in his own response by seamlessly praising and celebrating her professional skills instead of agreeing with them. Funny how some people assume certain jobs are so easy or cute... Anyways, my almond croissant was very good, and dessert-like. The owner warmed it up after asking which I appreciated. I really enjoyed my time here and will...

I was a little bit nervous because the line was long when I went in this morning however, the staff behind the bar got through it so efficiently. I don’t even think I will spend 10 minutes in the line and that is including, not only ordering my beverage, but also having my beverage in hand at the end of the bar, ready to go. I opted to get the banana bread latte with regular milk, although the menu says it comes with oat milk and I also purchased a ham and cheese croissant which looks divine the banana bread latte which I got ice is really good however, I think they could use a little bit more flavor or like a cold foam on top to really bring it over the edge. The interior of the coffee shop it is small, but there is plenty of seating so you can sit with a friend or sit at a table and do some studying or reading in a quiet environment. The cost of everything was around average for what you pay for around in the area so I would definitely go back again. It is next to the train track and the biking trail so there are a lot of people stopping in on their bike ride so I wouldn’t be surprised if some hours are busier than others. But I can’t wait to come back again cause this is...

Oh my goodness, this place!!! So good. My husband & I stopped while traveling through. We love espressos and lattes so it’s a must to try local shops when we travel. This place was 10/10, would love to come back if we ever pass through again. Coffee: hot stroopwaffle latte with oat milk & a hot pancake latte. My husband asked the kind fellow at the register his opinion on a few signature coffees, and he encouraged the pancake. My husband says it’s the best latte he’s ever had! The espresso tastes perfectly rich & smooth, their plain lattes and cappuccinos are surely delicious. Food: they have a selection of pastries, I believe from a local bakery. I had the almond danish and we agreed it was to die for. He had the cinnamon roll and says “good not great”. We would have liked to try the cherry danish too but it was sold out. I’ll bet the danishes are the best sellers. Atmosphere: lovely! Bright open space to stay awhile if you’d like. As mentioned, the gentleman taking orders was awesome with suggestions and very kind. The baristas were wicked fast but quality was...

Came here due to a customer recommendation from my job. 1st off the good : Coffee was on point, very smooth and very good. Pastries were ok not bad but not the best I've had. The goat cheese croissant was tasty and light I just wish it had more herb flavor. The coffee donut tasted just as described which was a coffee flavored donut. The dough was bready and filling. The cons : not too many cons at this spot , my only complaint would be the lack of a toaster to heat pastries and a lack of protein options they had available which seems to be the norm in coffee shops nowadays , for example a ham and cheese croissant or maybe even something with some egg in it like quiche would go a long way. Needless to say the ambience here is nice here, the owner is clearly a fan of the popular show "Friends " due to the Lego set they have on display and store name. I will return in the future for more coffee and pastries.

Had the pleasure of visiting Villa Perks cafe for the first time! The relaxed vibe encourages sipping for awhile, with various seating areas including outdoor seating. Ordered a hot mocha with sugar-free caramel. Perks offers sugar-free vanilla and caramel syrups. A steady stream of people came in ordering pumpkin spice lattes and sugar-free pumpkin would be wonderful (just sayin). Anyway, sat at a cute bistro table and overheard someone asking the barista if they make their own syrups. He replied that they are in the process of transitioning to that but, at the moment, the only homemade syrup drink they offer is their Ovaltine Latte. Side note, the heart on my coffee looks kiddywampas because I couldn’t wait & took a sip. Mmmm.
