Subway — Restaurant in Villa Rica

The website for this Subway located inside Walmart advertises starting pay at 10.05 an hour, but when the employees receive their first check, they realize they are only being paid 7.50 an hour. The manager, a male, hires mostly underage females. I notice he is always a bit too "close" or touchy with the girls and they are uncomfortable. One older lady always smells like cigarettes, another older lady is always talking on her phone while making my sandwich and ignores me, touches her phone and earbuds with her gloved hands, and keeps touching my food. I pointed this out to her one day and she got very upset that I asked her to change her gloves, was swearing and everything. Minors are working alone all the time, and when there is a till mess up the manager takes the money out of the employee's checks. Also, the manager is the owner and legally is not supposed to partake in tips, but he takes half of all the tips that come through the register. The food is okay sometimes, veggies are often either frozen or slimy, but the meat hasn't disappointed. Lastly, this location does not honor all coupons- your coupon can be used for only certain sandwiches, so don't hope to get 2 specialty sandwiches with a coupon- keep it basic or go to a different location. Overall, this location seems convenient when time crunching while grabbing groceries at Walmart but don't expect too much, be prepared for a meal that costs more than it's worth, and remember- the minor behind the counter will work 2 hours and still isn't paid enough to afford the sandwich they are making for you so be...

I ordered from the app and didn’t realize when I selected delivery they switched my location as both are on 61 and in VR. Both of my items were wrong. My salad was missing half of the ingredients. Boring but edible. My wrap came with uncooked raw bacon and the wrong dressing. Instead of the Chipotle sauce they put Italian dressing on it. It was so disgusting I tossed it.

I called the location on my receipt and they answered the phone “hello.” I thought I called the wrong number. No business answers the phone “hello.” When I clarified this was in fact subway and told him my food was messed up he told me “I don’t know what to do.”

I paid $20 to have food delivered that I tossed and ate a pb/j sandwich instead and the location doesn’t know how to fix my issue by refunding me or getting me the correct food. I guess I have to dispute the transaction with my bank.

Go to another subway! I’ll never order from this...

The absolute worst Subway I have ever been to. The girl that was making sandwiches was literally acting like it was an inconvenience because I walked in. I got a simple 6 inch ham and cheese sandwich with a few toppings. I asked for mayonnaise and lite mustard. She put so much mustard on it that I asked for just a little more mayonnaise to balance it out, she Proceeds to put so much mayonnaise on my sandwich that it was literally oozing out of the paper when I got home.
