Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Villa Rica

I came to pick up three pizzas. They we're ready to go. I paid, went to my car, opened the first box to put a sauce in it and the pizza was missing the sausage. I went back in, told them about it, they took the pizza away from me and said it'll be 15-20 mins. I now have to wait for a pizza they messed up on, I wasn't allowed to keep the pizza they messed up on and now my other 2 pizzas will be cold by the time I get home. Have fun eating pizza on us. These places screw up orders on purpose so they can get a free meal. Won't be coming back here! Now I see why it's 3.7 stars. They should have given me the pizza they messed up on as a " sorry on us" This place is a joke. Don't come here. Add on: Correction, they gave our pizza back to us. They put sausage on the pizza and then ran it through the oven AGAIN so now we didn't get a new pizza....we got a reused dried out pizza. The crust was dark brown and the sausage was rolling off the slices because it had nothing to stick too! Get a brain people!!!!!! Its not rocket science!! This place literally sucks!!!! My favorite place to order pizza they always get my families order correct. But I had an incident that kind of scared me away from getting delivery. My car was down. I ordered for delivery. I added what I thought was a great tip as a thank you naturally for delivering the pizzas. Then I guess the delivery boy, white kid with a gray new year looking Chevy pick up, didn’t think so. As he’s handing me the pizzas and I’m thanking him he decides to walk toward his door then turn around and say “You know you could just pick it up yourself. It’s cheaper” I told him I “wasn’t looking for cheap” and if he paid attention I “don’t have a car in my driveway” and I closed the door. I already tipped him $20 what more did he want $100? 2000? I peeped out the peep hole after making my babies their plates and I see he’s still there. I stood and watched he pulled off after 3 minutes. I’m a woman at home with kids while husband is at work and he pulled that! I thought i was going to have to defend my family with the odd exchange of words. Placed a large order in advance to be delivered to feed the team working an extra night shift. The order seemed to start on time, according to the app. But, then things went off the rails. It came out of the oven after the scheduled deliver time, then never showed leaving for delivery. I attempted to call to see what might be going on, but the system placed me on hold. After sitting on hold for 20 minutes, I drove to the store and it all went down hill from there. There was at least 10 customers in the lobby waiting on their orders and people sitting in camping chairs in the parking lot. There was about 8 associates inside and 6 delivery drivers outside, but no one seemed to have a clue what was going on. None of the completed pizza boxes had labels on them and the manager was MIA. An hour after the scheduled delivery time, I received a refund. We've been doing large orders with this store for years, but that ended today.
