Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Village of Friendship Heights

I was traveling from DC back to Philadelphia I noticed there was a chipotle on my way back home so I stopped at this location. I usually get the burrito bowl which I did this day and I asked if I can get a Police discount which most Chipotle’s do as long as I have a ID or a badge which I providedthe lady at the counter. When She seen my credentials she says with attitude that they only give local law-enforcement discount which I was confused about cause whatever I go to Chipotle they usually honor it. It wasn’t a problem, but her attitude and demeanor towards me is where I had my issue with. The food was decent. The service was slow and her attitude just made it more or less than me never going there again. I honestly think they should put her in the back cooking and away from the counter in customers a simple we don’t provide any discounts for outside. I LOVE chipotle and I've been going for YEARS and I have tried to give this location multiple chances but they fail every time. Firstly, I have to order online sometimes because they won't have guacamole ready to serve in the line (for whatever reason). In some cases they don't even let you know there's no guac until the bowl is almost done being made---and for me no guac is a deal breaker. BUT THAT'S NOT MY MAIN ISSUE. the problem is...when I have to order online THEY MAKE THE BOWL IN THE BACK WHERE YOU CANNOT see. When I open it I ALWASY see that I received literally half the amount of ALL THE FOOD I would've received if they made it in front of me. It's actually baffling sometimes. This has happened about ten times. I will come back and update this with a picture because TRUST ME there will be a next time. I understand that businesses are trying to cut cost where they can but this is almost robbery. They need...

I come to this Chipotle almost every day on my lunch break. The food is always fine, but the service is consistently terrible from one employee. There's a young Hispanic not sure what she identifies as but they have dark hair wears heavy makeup, long lashes and every time I encounter this individual, they are rude and unprofessional. They throw food around carelessly, rolls their eyes, and makes customers feel like a burden instead of being welcoming.

Today, when I went to grab utensils, they stood behind me without saying “excuse me,” and instead just mugged me and rolled her eyes. This isn’t the first time it happens nearly every visit I have with them. It gives the whole store a very negative atmosphere.
