Terrible Service and Poor Hygiene – Won't Be Back

I had my first experience at Philly's Subs, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The service was awful right from the start. When my friend asked about cheese options, the man making her sub didn’t say a word—he just jabbed his finger at the glass and grunted. Then, things got worse. The girl putting the toppings on my friend’s sub blew her nose and didn’t wash her hands before continuing to wrap the sandwich. To top it off, she didn’t wash her hands after handling the food and went straight to put on gloves for my sandwich.

Honestly, the lack of hygiene and poor service made the entire experience disgusting and not worth the risk. I won’t be returning. There are plenty of other places that offer better food and...

If you are looking for a nice sandwich and recieve good value per dollar this is the place. It was a bit busy while we stopped in but was well worth the wait. The things I noticed that most chains(subway, etc) don't watch for was quality ingredients in the well along with a clean work area. Came from Rhinelander to run some errands and decided to stop for a sandwich. Definitely made the right decision as the subs were amazing! Hubby had the Philly Cheese Steak and I had the Gyro sub.
