Wendy's — Restaurant in Vincennes

I used to have nothing but good things to say about this place but lately they pull u aside even when u just want 1 easy hamburger. And the kids( and I mean very young kids with 0 work ethic) they hire don't get in any hurry to get ur food. I literally sat behind another customer who sat and had full conversations with her sister who worked there. Instead of getting the line moving they didn't care and just kept talking while I waited. Then still got pulled aside to wait on 1 lousy burger SAVE URSELF TIME AND TROUBLE AMD FIND ANOTHER SPOT TO EAT THEY'VE WEMT DOWNHILL VERY FAST!! IM REFUSING TO EAT THERE ANYMORE. I've gone to Wendy's several times before I had to start my midnight shift at work. When I go to this particular location though, I always prefer to go inside rather than through the drive thru. This is because whenever I am going through their drive-thru I have to specify to have light ice in my drink. I know they aren't the only restaurant who does this, but everywhere I go they insist on filling your drink TO THE BRIM with ice so that you get nothing to drink from your beverage. While I understand that it is a great way to save on their soda on their end, it is annoying to have to specify that I need light ice because I know they'll try to screw me out of my drink.

Yesterday, my mom, sister & I had lunch at this Wendy's. My sister and I live 100 miles away and our mom Lives 10 miles away in Illinois. We go to Vincennes to shop a couple of times a month. We frequently go to Wendy's drive through. Yesterday we went inside. Our food met our expectations of above quality that we have found at most Wendy's. We have always received good service at this Wendy's. This time our server, Shawnette gave us above & beyond quality service! She was professional, friendly, and had a beautiful attitude.
