Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Vincennes

I placed my order in the app so I could get the free 5 piece tenders as a new customer. I immediately went to the counter, told the cashier I placed an online order, gave her my name and told her I would be dining in. I then stepped back and waited for them to call my name. After a few minutes and several people behind me already received their orders, I looked around and saw an order sitting on the pick-up shelf. So I walked over and sure enough, my name was on the receipt. Definitely room for improvement with communication. Need a simple option in the app for dine-in or pick-up to go and this little problem could be avoided. Having said that, the chicken sandwich, seasoned fries and tenders were all delicious. We were one of 3 people there. The first car pulled away as we drove to the order place. The second car left as we pulled up to the window. We were the only ones there and it still took 45 minutes to get out some tenders a grill cheese for my son and my grilled chicken sandwich. On top of that the girl asked us what drinks we had and when my husband told her she was rude. Rolled her eyes. Only gave us 2 of our 3 drinks. Then when we told her we still hadn’t gotten our son drink she almost threw it into the car with all the force she put it out the window. Waited a long time to try this place. My first(more than likely only ) visit I got my food basically thrown in the bag, and I didn’t even get everything I ordered. I tried to get it corrected but all I got was attitude. I left the food on the counter and walked out. Great job you owe me $16 btw. If I ever want to try Zaxby’s for real I will just visit the Evansville location but since this location ruined my anticipation from the start I probably won’t even bother. I’m glad that everyone that clogged the place the first two weeks of opening got to experience the food because like everything around this crummy town it all went to crap...
