Had a big catering order and dropped the ball big time. I placed my order 2 days prior for pick up at 7pm. I arrived at 6:56 pm, finally got to the front of the line at 7:04. I told one young lady that I was here to pick up and order and gave her my name. She went to look for it and couldn't find the order or my name, two more staff members came to assist, and everyone looked confused. One staff member proceeded to tell me (confidently) that I was supposed to pick it up on the date that I ordered it as she looked at my order from my phone, even after I read the pick up procedure to her.
A couple minutes later, the manager came to the front, I told him the same thing, and he said that he's WORKING on my order now. I then assumed that he was boxing it up or putting the final touched on it. I was wrong! He was just starting on my order. It took him an HOUR to prepare my food, they had to tell the turn customers thay wanted chicken away due to my order. When the food was ready, they just put it up in the front and left it there without informing me that that was my order. The manager then proceeded to yell at me and pointed to the boxes, and said. "These are yours!" I seen the boxes, but I didn't want to assume because I saw him still working on my order. I put those boxed in my car and still had to wait on more boxes.
My business event started at 8 pm, and I was just leaving with my food at that time. When I finally get to the event, I rushed to set up, and I was shorted food items, not enough protein (Chicken, Steak, Sofritos), no hard shells, no soft shells, not enough rice, not enough corn I had PLENTY of lettuce, though. This was for 45 people.
This was close to an $800 order, and I truly am disappointed at the way this was handled. I didn't even receive an apology from anyone.

I even had one employee make rude comments to me about how she doesnāt know why Iām getting an attitude when all I said was that I completed my online order and would like for it to be fixed so I could leave. The manager was also nonchalant about the issue at hand and even if my order went through, there was no way that I would have trusted this crew to make my food. The entire crew was beyond rude and laughing at the employeeās comments and the manager refused to give me the name of the employee so I am calling out the entire staff. I will never go to another Chipotle, I will let everyone that I know not to go to this location because of the rude staff, and I will take to social media to complain as well. I absolutely love Chipotle and the fact that I refuse to give this company my business anymore should say a lot about the crew at this location. I have spoken to others who have had the same issues with this location and other locations with online only ordering. Even with that being the only method, my order still didnāt go through and one hour later I have yet to receive a confirmation email. Even showing the transaction on my bank statement wasnāt enough for them to fix my order. Not once did the manager apologize. Even speaking to her, it seemed as though I was irritating her and her body language was not understanding to my frustration. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food was great, probably because I went at opening time. From the moment I entered the service was terrible, I was completely ignored for at least three minutes. My server completely walked away without saying a word, twice, while fixing my salad bowl. Only check out was adequately professional. The manager was present and didn't even greet me or tell his staff to, he witnessed all of this, whispering the pico de gallo wasn't cold enough, prompting my server to go temp check no less than trays of pico de gallo in the fridge. Here's a hint, if they're refrigerated and not cold enough, your fridge temp needs to be lowered. That the staff and manager couldn't figure that out is ridiculous, even more, they should never have had a customer waiting for five minutes, with my bowl more than half assembled, while doing this. Inexcusable! No apology, no explanation until I ask "is it safe for my son to consume the tomatoes you already put on his burrito but removed from the line?" The manager said "yes, I'm just being picky". No apology for the wait, no thank you for your patience, no washing HIS HANDS and putting on gloves to finish my bowl knowing that he's the one that made the server step away to go check. Pico de gallo temperatures. They don't deserve my money or good review. The only reason service got two stars, is because finally a second person came to finish my bowl and she was very sweet, as was the kind cashier who saw the inappropriate waiting they had me do and didn't upcharge me for double protein...
