Beautiful hotel located very close to plenty of food options that you can walk to or drive . The entrance welcome area is a very beautiful.. The Staff is welcoming. Pool area is beautiful.Sitting area with a fire going outside. the hot tub pool was a little disappointmeit was hot, but only 2 of the Pressurized bubbles worked and it was confusing to timer to turn on due to the signage. * also no elevated place to set your blongings down to enter the hot tub pool area. Long intimidating hallway to room on 2nd floor, room looks nice inviting air condition doesn't really cool the room down, pillows are amazing, as for the bed it's ok, the bathroom is large in my room there was mold around the shower ( showers very adjustable for heights) really needs to have a seat in there. there were several broken items in the room. The TV remote and handles missing off of the cabinet. Other than it was a nice room other than the fact the air conditioning was not cooling up overnight. Downside to the room is there is no refrigerator. And the ice box in the hallway is a little concerning. They have bagged ice that gets ripped. Open to get ice to take to your room. Picture in disreview There is a bar bistro , it's overpriced , but it's pretty inside the hotel lobby. Would I spend this kind of money to stay here again? No. it is a nice hotel because of location. In the Morning, there's no one at the desk. You just drop off a keys so you can't purchase snacks or ask questions

Hands down probably the worst place I stayed at. Property is falling apart and not safe. Lots of tripping hazards near the pool. Photos are deceiving. Upon arrival, our room smelled like straight chlorine, hard to breathe, had to open doors and windows to get some air. Pool lounge chairs are so torn up, I was in disbelief that they were even out. They’re not functional so I’m not even sure why they are out. No pool towels, I called the front desk as I was standing outside wet, I saw the person that works there sitting on the couch in the lobby, playing on her cellphone. It took several minutes of ringing u til she finally got up and answered the phone in a rude manner. No accommodations. Not even a cup of black coffee.

Hotel Indigo has been renovated which brings it closer to par with the new hotels in the area. It has a boutique feel and the room I stayed in featured a balcony which is always welcomed in my book. Nice room decor and wall artwork. The bathroom was a little tight in my room, however, it was completely remodeled with a sizable, modern glass shower. The new bathroom amenities made up for the smaller size. I like the non-carpeted room with new wood/composite flooring. I didn’t have a chance to eat at the Public House restaurant located in the hotel, but the bar was pretty full with travelers which made for good conversation. While the Hotel Indigo isn’t new, it is inviting and has a warmth that many new hotels lack.

I had stayed at this hotel back in 2019 and was super excited to stay here again, but boy, things have REALLY changed and they have changed for the WORSE and this property is definitely not up to Hotel Indigo or IHG standards and was not worth what we paid.||We did the online check-in and put in our preferences for a room (top floor because I'm a VERY light sleeper) thinking they would actually take the time to read it. WRONG. ||We arrive around 4:00 pm and are more than ready to head to our room and relax for a couple of hours before our plans. Well we wait in line for an extended period of time because the hotel is extremely short-staffed and only has only person working check-in for some reason. ||We receive our room number and notice it's on the first floor. We ask if they have anything on the top floor like we requested and they let me know that they don't because they are behind on cleaning rooms. So we decide to just take the room. We have to haul 65 pounds of luggage up a very awkward half staircase to get to our room. We get to our room and the air conditioning doesn't work. We call them to come take a look and they us know that the air conditioning for that room is completely broken and they'll change our room and upgrade us. Sure, no problem. So we drag all our luggage back down the awkward half staircase to get keys to the new "upgraded" room. We receive our new room keys and drag all our of stuff back up the awkward half stairs just to discover that only is the room the exact same, no upgrade, but the air conditioning is also broken in this room. We call down again and they say that this time, they'll upgrade us to a suite and make sure the air conditioning is working. So back down the awkward stairs we went. ||We get to our new room and it most definitely is not a suite, but the air conditioning works so we decide to just take the room despite the mold, warped bathroom door, and broken lamp because we didn't want to have to move again. The sheets were too small for the bed and popped off at the corners and I'm really just shocked at how not good everything was. The carpet in the hallways was absolutely filthy and again, I'm just really disappointed with the state of this hotel after it was so nice during my first stay. ||If we had paid $50 for this room on Hotwire, that would be one story, but this was not worth...

I hope the powers that be see this review. I am so pleased and hoped I would get the opportunity to write this. I did not pick this place. It was selected by the Grooms Family for the wedding party and out of town guests. I got a better rate with AAA than you offered in a block of rooms.

i KNOW this will not allow me to say all I want to. If anyone with any clout wants to call me I would love to go further.

NO DECENT LUGGAGE CARRIERS OF ANY SIZE NOR RACKS TO HANG CLOTHES ON CARRIER

-NO WAY TO GET TO THE FIRST FLOOR THAT WE WERE OFFERED WITHOUT DOING STAIRS - BEYOND RIDICULOUS

NO REFRIGERATOR AND HAD TO PULL TEETH TO GET THE LAST ONE THAT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN IN A TORNADO

NO ADDITIONAL ICE BUCKETS TO HAVE 1 BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO GET A FRIDGE - THAT I COULDN'T BELIEVE I HAD TO EVEN ASK FOR

PATHETIC EXTERIOR TRAFFIC PATTERN AND HELD UP TO GET OUT BY CARS THAT PARKED UNDER THE CANOPY SIDE BY SIDE, YOU ONLY ACCOMMODATE 2 LANES (NO WAY TO GO AROUND THE FACILITY TO DODGE THEM AND WE HAD PLACES TO BE ON TIME WITH A WEDDING

A/C SYSTEM THAT CLICKED METAL BEFORE IT CAME ON AND THEN SOUNDED AS IF IT WOULD BLOW THE DRAPES OUT THE WINDOWS

SOAP PUMP CONTAINER 20 INCHES OR MORE FROM THE FAUCETS ( I YANKED OFF WALL AND PUT BY THE FAUCETS)

A WALK SO FAR FOR A HANDICAP ROOM ON 2ND FLOOR IT SEEMED FULLY AGAINST CODES - BAZAAR AND UNCALLED FOR - FAMILY MEMBER

NO ACTUAL CLOSET - WARDROBE SO NARROW IT PUSHED OUR WEDDING AND DINNER CLOTHES FOR HE NIGHT BEFORE INTO THE CLOSET WHEN THE DOORS CLOSED AND THEY DIDN'T HANG STRAIGHT

FREE STANDING CABINET FOR COFFEE MACHINE, CREAM/SUGAR/STIRRER, ETC., WITH A HUGE "BOWL" LAMP AND AN ICE BUCKET. HARDLY NO ROOM TO SIT YOUR CUP AND ADD CONDIMENTS - RIDICULOUS

LIGHTING NOT DIRECTLY OVER THE FULL SIZE WALL MIRROR TO SEE GOOD IN THE ENTRANCE HALL

SERIOUSLY, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND AN INDIGO AND HAVE TOLD MANY ABOUT THE STUPIDITY THAT I FOUND WITH THE BLDG. DESIGN, INTERIOR DESIGN UTTERLY HORRENDOUS. I WILL NEVER STAY IN 1 TO EVEN GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY. SHAME SHAME THAT THIS PLACE...

This hotel was a fantastic find in my opinion! It is tucked in a nice quiet location, and puts me in mind of a boutique hotel which made for a nice and cozy stay.

Reserving our room was so smooth. Checking-in was very easy and did not take no more than about three minutes. Upon entering the hotel, two members of the staff immediately greeted us and asked if we needed help with our luggage or anything for that matter. At this point, we are already amazed at the atmosphere and decor of the lobby and dining area. I wish I had my photos ready for this post; but hopefully I can upload them after-the-fact.

Upon arriving at our room, we loved the fragrance in the corridor. Our room was beautiful upon entering. We literally loved everything about it. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was nicely furnished and very clean!

The only downsides to our room are minor; but if they can be addressed, it would make the greatest difference in one's stay:

  1. The heating/cooling unit runs well; but it is very noisy in cooling mode. While my wife was using her tablet to watch a video via wi-fi, the unit drowned out the volume making it difficult for her to hear. Also, we had to increase the volume of the television a lot until it cycled off.

  2. There is no mini fridge for guests to keep snacks and/or beverages cold during their stay. This and having no microwave is the greatest inconvenience. We usually like to get certain things from an area store (juices, snacks, water, etc.) to keep in our room to snack on after we've settled in for the day and prior to going to bed. The items are over-priced.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying. I also highly recommend trying their breakfast. DO pay the additional fee to have it included with your stay because it does have a high price tag. However the food is tip-top quality. The two young ladies who served us at breakfast during our stay were so sweet, kind, and professional; and they just made our days that much brighter before setting out to...
