I placed an order for 2 bagels add 2 eggs, bagels toasted with butter. I made one of the bagels a meal. When I received my receipt I notified the cashier that I didn’t order bacon nor cheese on the bagels. She asked me for my card and proceeded to do a refund. I did not ask for refund, I only advised her the order was wrong. She processed a refund and stated it was the same price and then charged me again; I told her had that been the case why did she refund? It wasn’t about the price. My order was wrong. I don’t eat bacon and didn’t want cheese. She had an attitude and got my receipts and balled one of them up (the nerve of her when I already told her in the initial transaction that I would like a receipt)… I asked her for my receipts and told her to refund me all my money, I refuse to spend my money and receive such poor service because SHE made a mistake. She says “card please” and I give her my card again. She only refunded me $3.17 from the original receipt at that time. I then asked her, what about the cost that you recharged me and she asks me for my card again and then refunds me $13.76.
All I come to do was get breakfast for me and my coworker. I have 5 receipts. Yes, you read that correctly, 5! She had no intention on refunding me the final amount until I asked her. This was the worst customer service I have ever received from Einstein. I kept calm, barely, and left the store. I am so upset. Her attitude, the balled up receipt and multiple refunds are...
Read moreI just had the most horrific experience at this location. Time was around 11:40 am. Sunday May 25. Emplouee is a Thin Caucasian male with a beard. Appears to be in his twenties. Drives a red car. I'd like a call from the GM please. What transpired? They called my name which is a unisex name. I began to walk up. A male grabbed my bag before I reached it. I assumed that we had the same name until he returned the bag. I asked that customer was that the order for Dee and he stated yes. Obviously, he had to open the items and touch them to discover that it was not his order. I asked for my order to be remade for obvious reasons. The employee immediately gave attitude and threw the bag. I intentionally watched him and he attempted to give me the SAME order that the man before me had returned. I advised him of what I watched with my own eyes and he proceeded to tell me that I needed to get my order before someone else got it...as if that were within my control. How about this? Speak loud and clearly or write names on the bags. Takes 2 seconds. HORRIBLE customer service. The manager did send him out to take a break after and assured me that he would address it but I'm not so confident that will happen. And..my 7 year old daughter had to bare witness to this horrible treatment from a male to a female. Deplorable and unacceptable. This location...
Read moreFirst time ordering from Einstein bagels in Smyrna Georgia today. I would have to rate it 2 thumbs down 👎🏻 👎🏻. I started off using my online app that I’ve used for the Einstein bagels in Alpharetta Georgia. Such ease with using the app ; I was able to order the items I wanted. I followed the instructions so when I arrived at the store I left my lights on and somebody brought out my order immediately. The lid to the hot coffee was not secure so when I took it from the store clerk it ended up spilling onto me and into the driver seat. 😩 That was unfortunate! Then I looked into the bag to make sure everything I ordered was in the bag. I then discovered I was missing my bagel w/cream cheese! So, I so nicely walked into the store and told them I was missing 1 item and they immediately rectified it. You can imagine my disappointment when I arrived at my destination approximately 3 minutes later & took out my bagel to bite into it only to discover it was incredibly hard to chew. Now, I am a connoisseur of bagels from all over the world. As I’ve stated previously I have shopped/dined at Einstein bagels in the Alpharetta, Georgia location. I’ve never had a more chewy bagel in all my life: then at the Smyrna Georgia location. Never again! Readers use extreme caution when dining at the Einstein bagels restaurant in Smyrna Georgia it’s not worth your...
