I have been a regular customer of this Einstein Bagels location for the past two years, as it is the one most local to me. Unfortunately, it is the most frustrating Einstein Bagels location I have ever visited. My daughter eats a bagel almost every morning, so I pick up bagels just about every other week. I generally order a baker’s dozen of plain bagels, sliced. Pretty easy, right? Not so much. Sometimes I get 12, sometimes 13. Sometimes they’re sliced, sometimes not. Then there’s the guy at the register who always seems confused. Oh, and heaven help me if I try to order two dozen bagels on a Monday with my app discount. Even though he has been there probably close to a year now, he still hasn’t been able to figure this one out! Another thing about this location is the inconsistency of the bagels. Sometimes they are big, fluffy, and gorgeous, and other times they are small, dense and just not all that good. I’m talking a huge difference. When I bring them home I put the bagels into gallon ziplock bags. When they are big and fluffy, I can just barely zip the bag with 6 in there. When they are the dense hockey pucks I can easily fit 8 with room to spare. I wish this location would get their act together with their product and get their employees trained so they weren’t so confused at the register, and inconsistent in getting the orders correct.

I visited Einstein's Bagels during breakfast hours and unfortunately, they were out of the cheddar jalapeño bagel that I was looking forward to trying. It was a bit disappointing, but I decided to try the Green Chile bagel instead. The service was decent, nothing exceptional, but nothing terrible either. The staff was polite and helpful, and my order was prepared quickly and accurately. However, when it came to the food itself, I have to say that it was just so-so. The bagel I ordered was a little hard and lacked the fresh, chewy texture that I was hoping for. The egg in my breakfast sandwich tasted very bland and didn't have much flavor. The hash browns were a letdown too, as they were not crispy at all and didn't have the expected savory taste that I was hoping for. Unlike other places, hash browns here are served as one large piece, like the size of a small muffin. See photos. Overall, I'd say that Einstein's Bagels is an okay option for breakfast, but nothing special. If you're in a pinch and need a quick bite, this place will do, but don't expect anything too extraordinary. I have had better experiences at other breakfast places, and I think that Einstein's Bagels could improve their food quality to match the expectations of customers who are looking for a satisfying breakfast experience

First time visitor. I could prepare a “gourmet bagel” at home that would be more visually appealing and taste 100x better. The taste? Cold? Cheese not melted. Just seems slapped together. Not what I was expecting for toasted bagels. Looks nothing as described. I’m not even convinced I received what I ordered. As a first time customer; I assumed this wasn’t your typical fast food spot, since the options seemed fresher/healthier in comparison. But I probably had the wrong expectation. I wouldn’t order this again.

I placed an order for 2 bagels add 2 eggs, bagels toasted with butter. I made one of the bagels a meal. When I received my receipt I notified the cashier that I didn’t order bacon nor cheese on the bagels. She asked me for my card and proceeded to do a refund. I did not ask for refund, I only advised her the order was wrong. She processed a refund and stated  it was the same price and then charged me again; I told her had that been the case why did she refund? It wasn’t about the price. My order was wrong. I don’t eat bacon and didn’t want cheese. She had an attitude and got my receipts and balled one of them up (the nerve of her when I already told her in the initial transaction that I would like a receipt)… I asked her for my receipts and told her to refund me all my money, I refuse to spend my money and receive such poor service because SHE made a mistake. She says “card please” and I give her my card again. She only refunded me $3.17 from the original receipt at that time. I then asked her, what about the cost that you recharged me and she asks me for my card again and then refunds me $13.76.

All I come to do was get breakfast for me and my coworker. I have 5 receipts. Yes, you read that correctly, 5! She had no intention on refunding me the final amount until I asked her. This was the worst customer service I have ever received from Einstein. I kept calm, barely, and left the store. I am so upset. Her attitude, the balled up receipt and multiple refunds are...

I just had the most horrific experience at this location. Time was around 11:40 am. Sunday May 25. Emplouee is a Thin Caucasian male with a beard. Appears to be in his twenties. Drives a red car. I'd like a call from the GM please. What transpired? They called my name which is a unisex name. I began to walk up. A male grabbed my bag before I reached it. I assumed that we had the same name until he returned the bag. I asked that customer was that the order for Dee and he stated yes. Obviously, he had to open the items and touch them to discover that it was not his order. I asked for my order to be remade for obvious reasons. The employee immediately gave attitude and threw the bag. I intentionally watched him and he attempted to give me the SAME order that the man before me had returned. I advised him of what I watched with my own eyes and he proceeded to tell me that I needed to get my order before someone else got it...as if that were within my control. How about this? Speak loud and clearly or write names on the bags. Takes 2 seconds. HORRIBLE customer service. The manager did send him out to take a break after and assured me that he would address it but I'm not so confident that will happen. And..my 7 year old daughter had to bare witness to this horrible treatment from a male to a female. Deplorable and unacceptable. This location...

First time ordering from Einstein bagels in Smyrna Georgia today. I would have to rate it 2 thumbs down 👎🏻 👎🏻. I started off using my online app that I’ve used for the Einstein bagels in Alpharetta Georgia. Such ease with using the app ; I was able to order the items I wanted. I followed the instructions so when I arrived at the store I left my lights on and somebody brought out my order immediately. The lid to the hot coffee was not secure so when I took it from the store clerk it ended up spilling onto me and into the driver seat. 😩 That was unfortunate! Then I looked into the bag to make sure everything I ordered was in the bag. I then discovered I was missing my bagel w/cream cheese! So, I so nicely walked into the store and told them I was missing 1 item and they immediately rectified it. You can imagine my disappointment when I arrived at my destination approximately 3 minutes later & took out my bagel to bite into it only to discover it was incredibly hard to chew. Now, I am a connoisseur of bagels from all over the world. As I’ve stated previously I have shopped/dined at Einstein bagels in the Alpharetta, Georgia location. I’ve never had a more chewy bagel in all my life: then at the Smyrna Georgia location. Never again! Readers use extreme caution when dining at the Einstein bagels restaurant in Smyrna Georgia it’s not worth your...
