Angel Coco is the subject of this review. As soon as I realized I had mistakenly sent my payment to State Farm for the wrong account, I called the local Atlanta office and began what turned out to be a very positive experience thanks to Angel. I had imagined that State Farm could just redirect my payment, no big deal. Angel listened to the saga, understood my dilemma and said she'd call me back, after speaking to corporate, which she promptly did. A few days passed while corporate received my payment and caught up with her. Since redirecting my payment was not possible, Angel offered some options and together we settled on the best course of action to avoid a "past due" situation. Angel actually did everything she said she would which I've found is a rare trait in customer service people these days. If I were writing a profile of an excellent person to represent my corporation, Angel would be the prototype. My list of her important characteristics is long. I have been a client for over 35 years and Stacy has always been the one customer service specialist who displays and provides phenomenal customer care . She provides detailed information , answers insurance questions and coverage with a great deal of knowledge. Read moreI've been with State Farm for years. My view of insurance is that I need an agent that can work for me when I need them, other than that, the less I need them, the better.
But when something doesn't go right, it is great to have people at Lisa Cobbs State Farm like Stacy and Chris. They are the reason I will stay with State Farm. There has been a small issue with the corporate office/policy. I've gotten periodic updates from Stacy on what is happening and how she is trying to resolve it. I feel like she is working for the customer. When she has needed more info, she has called to get it. She is always helpful, communicative and friendly.
When she hasn't been available, Chris has dived in on the same issues picking up without even caring that someone else was leading on this issue.
The two of them have shown teamwork and consistency from one to the next. Corporate Policy may not work out in my favor but I'll still value...
