NOMMA STAY AWAY! I ordered avocado toast and was given a guacamole sandwich! I watched them scoop it out of a tub but the advertisement picture of the toast had real avocado slices. You will not get what the picture and advertisement displays. It’s very deceiving. Plus the prices are super expensive for food that’s not the real thing. I also think they might add their own tip which is also deceiving. I always tip but give me the choice to do it. Don’t just take it!
UPDATE and Response to Nom’s reply……..I urge you to look into some of your practices. I feel prices change daily bc it’s possible your staff is including a tip by increasing the price of the food. Therefore it doesn’t show up as a tip. I also just read another review where the same thing happened to them. As the owner you may not be aware and if not you should definitely look into that. Based on your other response to a dissatisfied customer you stated that the prices can change at any moment (which you put in all caps). Are the prices changing or is a tip being added secretly by increasing the prices? If the prices are changing randomly and daily then I stand corrected about the tip BUT I still feel prices should be clearly displayed and not change daily. Either way I do feel it’s both unethical. I usually don’t do bad reviews but I do feel the public should be aware. I support small businesses and I also want buyers aware. I have not had any of these problems until it changed ownership. Thanks for...
Read moreI've been to dozens of Boba/artisan drink places, and I've even worked at one for a good bit, so I know when a place is good. I've only been once, but I definitely enjoyed it and will be coming back again! The drinks are all very very unique from what I've seen, with lots of fun flavor combos. My girlfriend and I got 2 different drinks, but I dont remember the names. Hers was the lychee, rose, and butterfly pea tea, and it was really refreshing. I believe it also had some sort of soda in it. Mine was I think called the ube-by or something of that sort. It was very creamy and there were very very small chunks of ube in the ube syrup which was definitely a welcome surprise. Both drinks were pretty sweet but (in my opinion) not unbearably so. They were both very yummy, beautifully made, and very unique drinks. Price is relatively the same to other boba tea places (I'd honestly say it was a little less costly than some other, less unique stores I've been to). You definitely get your moneys worth in terms of uniqueness and flavor. Customer service was adequate. Workers were nice and attentive but definitely not the quickest. Theres also options for food and desserts besides teas and boba, so we will definitely be trying this place again in the future. The atmosphere is nice, with an outlet under every booth seat for charging and studying. We stayed for 2 hours and it was a great...
Read moreSince I’m unable to provide feedback at Emory’s Cox Hall location, I’ll use this medium to give my feedback. I just left the Emory Cox Hall location incredibly disappointed. Not only did I just pay a little over $7 for a 16 oz sour/spoiled tasting drink, but I had to endure the lack of customer service from their employees. The girl with the purple black hair made me feel like I was bothering her for asking questions or even when ordering. Even just grossly telling me to MOVE to the side… this despite there not being another customer in sight. Then when I came back to let her know it tasted gross I was met with a defensiveness and ridicule. I kept calm and was just surprised on how little they cared for me as a paying customer. There wasn’t any apology or even validation on my terrible experience. I ended up having a replacement drink that was still subpar but I also didn’t think I’d get a refund so I took it.m. Comparing this boba to others in Atlanta, I’d say it is overpriced with a side of horrible customer service. I won’t be coming back or recommending...
