I had to give one star to make a review. I love jets but this location is a joke! I called at 9:15pm placed my order for delivery and was told 45mins-1hour. Cool, that's normal. I gave them an hour and a half before I called. To my surprise, there WASN'T an order for me in the system... Oh, that's funny. I clearly remember Calling, placing my order, having the guy on the phone ask his manager if they would deliver to me and then took my information. So I call, a different guy tells me there's no order for me, proceeds to say he can retake my order, I go to place it and THEY RAN OUT OF DEEP DISH PIZZA! You've. Got. To. Be. Kidding. Me. This isn't the first time. Last time we ordered we had to call and figure out where our order was. The most disturbing part of this situation is I don't know who "took" my order and my credit card information... This location has lost...

The compassion and empathy of this small business is second to none. Not only was Jet's highly recommend by the fine staff of Tuscany Gardens in Pataskala, our mother passed away and we wanted to pay our homage to the staff. While Jet's doesn't deliver to this area, we called and explained our situation and even offered to pay any asking costs to appease these fine folks. Jet's sympathized our loss and wouldn't take an extra dime. The wonderful staff here actually went above & beyond, discounted our bill and added more things to it plus delivery.

For a company I've never even heard of, nor will I probably ever deal with again (I live in Pennsylvania), I would like to commend my most sincere gratitude and thankfulness to your entire staff.
