Wendy's — Restaurant in Violet Township

Please have a chat with the dark skin American lady that collects the orders. Oh my days! is she the recipe for disaster. She is obnoxious and rude, she always tries to finish one's sentences as if she knows everything or some sort of clairvoyant not knowing she's only a blatant idiot. I have had NO issues when the Spanish speaking ladies that work there, they have been brilliant and respectful, with a touch of polite friendliness which they owe not to anyone but still display it in a beautiful and vibrant manner. . But as soon as it comes to this one chicken looking girl, man is she gifted in being stupid. She talks more than she listens and always misses the order a higher percentage of the time. I don't know my guy, why is it always the ugliest ones that carry the worst attitudes. This coconut head looking girl is amazingly prolific at being such a daring simpleton. At times she plays music while listening to you and taking your orders, or so you thought: until you do check and notice she has been receiving orders from the song she was playing perhaps. My guy , I speak no lies when I say a higher percentage of the time your order is different from what you intended. Man she is for sure going to look old soon as a result of twisting her frowning face like a screw running down an inclined plane. If she can only listen more and talk less. And I mean listen to people making orders, not her imaginary lantern. Once I stop by there and notice it's she, I shall leave at once so I'm not disappointed in the order she intended. My interest in Wendy's will be greatly lessened when she works that bloody window. If you're reading this you chicken head idiot, well...,please find it in your heart to know you've always looked like a tied up sandals with those skinny ropes. Feel free to tune in to this broadcast poem every night before you sleep, it might motivate you. That's if you even sleep, you owl with a mix of crow looking buffoon.

I was misgendered in line, please have your employees stop using "sir" or "mamm" you cannot assume someone pronouns so just don't. On top of that I ordered a pretzel bacon pub sandwich with chicken and no beer cheese sauce. They gave me beef and so much beer cheese sauce the smell made me ill. I would like a refund but I don't have the energy to drive 15 back through traffic just for that. So I guess just don't go to this Wendy's.

UPDATE: My partner went back because they wanted to make sure I ate. She tried to get a replacement sandwich and they then gave her a piece of chicken with a piece of lettuce on it. She then walked back up to the window to explain (thank you to the kinds driver that motioned her to the window), no the lettuce was an ADDITION to the rest of the sandwich (fried onions, cheese, chicken, bun) and they told her they could not make her a new one but they could give her the other pieces so she could assemble it herself???? None of the employees are wearing masks either. Basically I don't understand what the point of your app is Wendy's, if when you use it to streamline the ordering process and make your substitutions the employees of the establishment cannot also see those substitutions and additions. Just tell people to order it the way it is or not at all then because it's not worth the effort....

I don’t even want to give one star. The only thing that was pleasant at this location was one of the ladies at the front register with Dark Crimped hair to make everything work. There were lots of young kids working that obviously needed more training and only two people working on the line in the back. The manager with the short hair and glasses was so hostile and rude not only to her own workers but people that were ordering and People that were waiting in the drive-through and even people that were coming to pick up food. She was telling people well everyone in here is going to have to wait until I get this and that done with a very nasty demeanor. Denying door dashers and Uber eats people their food. Asking the other workers how do they know it’s for that person when clearly they are showing the lady at the register the ticket from their phone and she still wanted to argue about well I still don’t know if this is the right order you’re taking or picking up . She definitely made the visit very uncomfortable just by seeing how she was treating others and her...
