Went to return 2 items with my receipt. Didn't notice until i was returning them, that the receipt was not itemized. This is what they gave me, it has a transaction number so it should work. Well, after waiting in line for 20 min, the girl scans the receipt and it comes up something totally different. Women's jeans $14.99. I'm a man. I bought men's shorts and a thermal for $20 and some change. Not even close. The girl calls the manager, now I've been in line for over 30 mins only for him to tell me all they can do is issue me a gift receipt. No. I paid cash. I just bought over $200 in clothes from you that I also had a receipt for because some of them didn't fit. That's a whole other mess. I came in to swap out some clothes the first time and they didn't have any sizes bigger than a 32 waist. I lost all my bonus cash and was refunded $3 for 2 pair of shorts. Thats when I paid cash for the shorts and thermal. Later I found what I wanted online so I thought I'd return these. Nope. Inompetent. Both receipts were in front of the manager. The times were 10 min apart. He could see what I spent and what I was buying. $200 of men's clothes. I dint recommend shopping here. Most places you spend that kind of money, they'll try to accommodate you, especially if it's their mistake in giving you the wrong damn receipt. Thanks for nothing little boy with glasses whose name I didn't catch Overall, poor selection, rude& incompetent staff, poor return policies, under staffed, and poor location. As a result of ordering $200+ of merchandise online, I got the wrong size pants so was forced to go in and try some on prior to swapping out. This ended up costing me around $50 in bonus cash which I won't get back until my next billing cycle. Im not convinced I'll even get it back. Then, I had to pay cash for what I swapped out. After, ordering online a second time, went back and was told their system "does this sometimes" and I'll get a check in the mail in 7-14 days. And finally, I got stuck with extra shorts and a thermal because the cashier somehow managed to give me a completely wrong receipt. I've worked in the customer service industry and the customer is always right( even when they're dead wrong) It feels like the Old Navy staff finds satisfaction in ruining ppls days. Their excuse- the system won't allow me to do anything else. The system does this sometimes. The system..The...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNice selection of clothing, clean store & good customer service for the most part. I've been here twice in the past few weeks earlier in the day & both times i've had issues with a young lady, I believe her name was Liz. I found a few items that were priced higher in store than they were online so when i reached the register, i asked Liz if she would price match & she disregarded my question (maybe she didn't hear because she was looking at her phone) so I asked again a bit louder & she gave me the nastiest look & told me that you guys do not price match. i know this is not true considering I had a lovely young lady price match for me a few weeks prior. I came back in a few days later to make a return so I could go purchase these items at the hilliard location because they told me they would do it for me (white saved me about $26). When I came in to do the return, Liz was working the register & I told her about the Hilliard location doing the price match for me & she told me once again that it just wasn't something that you guys offered but again with a nasty attitude. When I left the store, I told her to have a great day & she said "I will now" & she could've meant that in many ways but i took it as a relief that I was leaving the store. For this, I will not be returning to the store. I'd rather drive 25 minutes to the Easton location than the...

Went to check out and the cashier refused to give me merchandise credit for the items purchased online and continued to say their policy with online orders is to put items back on the purchasers card. I informed her I was not the purchaser and the items were a gift MULTIPLE times. Eventually I gave up and she put the money back on purchaser card and I had to buy all of the items I picked out. After I felt cheated and lied to so I called the store manager. First he lied stating she was correct and I informed him the policy online says heās wrong and I asked what they would do if I hadnāt brought the invoices and he said āgiven merchandise creditā. To which I informed him was all I ever asked for!! He eventually agreed I was right but since she already returned the items to the purchasers card there was absolutely nothing he could do!! So today I am returning all of the items I purchased and will no longer be shipping at their store! Moral of the story: employees donāt know policy, managers defend employees, and even once your right they wonāt do anything for you!! They donāt care for...
